Timber Windows Essex Ltd Avis

Excellent service right the way through from initial enquiry to completion of the installation. We had our Georgian style windows replaced as well as our patio door and back door. It took me 20 years to decide to replace these as our old windows were still in good condition. However the single glazing meant the house was too cold in the Winter and wiping down the condensation became a real chore!
It didn’t take me long to find a Company that I felt would supply the quality I was looking for as the Timber Windows showroom was not only near us but those I asked for recommendations all said Timber Windows without any hesitation!
Yvonne in the Colchester showroom answered my many questions and talked me through everything I needed to know. There was absolutely no pressure on me to purchase at any time and she was really friendly and helpful.
Sophie was brilliant with the designing and the surveyor, James, was also excellent.
The windows and doors were installed in June when it was really hot but Morgan, Chris, Jack, Anthony and Arun worked tirelessly. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and how well they worked together as a team.
I would definitely recommend Timber Windows if you want quality and a fantastic service.

The usual team are good and very professional. Scaffolders were a day late and both windows were missing a board - it was delivered a week later!

Fantastic professional quality workmanship, installation was undertaken with great care ( our house is 200+years old), totally pleased with the results. Highly recommended

Great service from start to finish. Product is great quality, very happy with my new front door.

We had a new front door and frame manufactured and fitted by Timber Windows. The planning stage went well, examples of the various styles of door, paint finish and glass are on display at their showroom. The sales staff were helpful and pleasant.
Installation was efficient with no mess left. The quality of the door and frame is very good.

Very professional and quality company, staff always very polite and helpful. Expensive but got what I wanted and worth the money.

Excellent local showroom, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good website and brochure containing all you need to know before you make decisions. Top of the range products made with care and attention to detail. Stage payments covered by insurance for peace of mind. Installers were master craftsmen too, tidy, efficient workers it was a real pleasure to meet. Quiet and thorough without being intrusive. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would be happy to use them again, the end result is stunning and I could not be more pleased. The whole house has been enhanced in its appearance. Thanks to all the Colchester Team for exemplary performance and a truly local service that made the whole experience stress free and friendly.

I am so pleased with my new windows and doors.
I have to say that right from the beginning of choosing everything at the Ingatestone store until completion was excellent. The fitters Steve and Paul were exemplary.

The door we purchased is beautiful from the design through to the craftsmanship and the install

Timber Windows have given us outstanding service from initial enquiry to complete installation. We cannot fault them and would highly recommend them. Excellent communication throughout and friendly staff.

This was my first experience with Timber Windows Essex and it was a really good one from start to finish. I love my new doors (!!!) and would like to thank the whole Essex team for the great service - especially the fitters for their tidy and considerate work. I can whole-heartedly recommend Timber Windows.

Excellent workmanship. Tidy considerate workers. Would highly recommend this company

We now have beautiful new windows. Timber Windows at Ingatestone were a delight to deal with from Sophie in their lovely little showroom to the super fitters- Steve and Paul - completed during one of the coldest weeks of the year.

Top marks. Great quality of workmanship and customer service from the Timber windows team

We are absolutely delighted with our new front door.

Very pleased with the windows and the installation. They were installed quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption. Everything from our initial enquiry to the end of the work was dealt with in a thoroughly professional manner. I would definitely recommend the company and the products.

From start to finish great customer service from the Tim, Yvonne and the Essex team as well as the factory. Our new front door looks absolutely fantastic. Yes their products are very much a considered purchase but the quality of the door is exceptional when compared to other products on the market
