I ordered a custom build watch from Timelab Mods, I was impressed immediately from their quick replies to all my questions via instagram. A few questions later they generated an image of my design, this was then followed with a link to order the watch if I wanted to proceed. It was lovely that there was no pressure from them (even though I asked lots of questions). The ordering process was very easy and they still continued to promptly reply to all my questions via instagram. 10 days later the watch arrived with tools for any adjustments I needed to make, Amazing and fantastic quality for the price. I will be recommending them to friends and family as well as looking for my next custom time piece. Thank you Timelab Mods.

Service was top-notch. I got replies on Instagram within ten minutes every time I reached out. Payment was smooth, ordering was smooth. Shipping took seven days, flawless. When the watch arrived, it included tools for adjustment and a hardshell case for safe storage. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied. The watch looks exactly like the pictures, very high quality. Nothing is loose or shaky. Excellent experience from start to finish.

I absolutely love the watch. The quality is great. I grabbed the Stardust Seiko. Wow, I’m amazed. This absolutely feed like a designer watch. Delivery was very quick, I believe 3-5 days. I am amazed.

I ordered a watch, but unfortunately I was not satisfied with the quality. I exercised my 14-day right of withdrawal.
The company handled the matter fairly and I had several options to choose from.
I chose to return the watch and get a refund. After a few days, the promised amount was returned to my account.
In summary: The watch is in my opinion of poor quality (at least the one I bought). However, the customer service and refund is fair.

Really helful owner with good quality products, also very affordable, would recommend to anybody!

I ordered a 40mm one model with a diamond dial, and they sent me pictures about the dial but its come with 36mm and something different, and got no return and refund

I ordered from Timelabmods just before Christmas. The customer service was very responsive and professional and confirmed to me expected delivery which was quite accurate given this period.
The quality of the watch was excellent, very classy and well put together.

The service was 100/100 all my questions were answered. Delivery took a little more than expected, however it was well worth it as the quality is even higher than described. Im definitely going to buy again in the near future.
