I have purchased 4 of the lip stains and love them. They are not sticky or drying. They stay on and I love the colours so much. I have no complaints at all about them. I will be buying more.

My ordered arrived within 2 wks which is understandable cause i think its not from Canada. Anyway, the product itself are wonderful and i love all the colors that I purchased. So addicted to it. I am a liptint girlie but timephoria changed it. Will definitely recommend this. Good job timephoria!👍🏻

What a great product my second purchase was . Like the write up it goes on shiny for a moment and then it sets as a beautiful perfect nude . I bought altera ‘hush’ as my colour choice and it’s so lovely . Feels great on the lips not dry and lasts so well . I’ve had some left after coffee and nibbles no problem . The customer service by timephoria is excellent . They cannot do enough for you . Over and above requirements . I would highly recommend timephoria to all for quality lip products at a great price too.

Wouldn’t order again. I’ve now finally received the items after no response to 2 emails to customer services. Items were not packaged in proper outta packaging so products had been soaked with water. The boxes fell apart and some products had water inside.

I orderen over 45 days ago and still no package nor reply from customer service.

It has been more than 17 days since ordered. Contacted Timephoria support team and they were absolutely useless. Refuse to help and keep telling me to wait!! Worst customer service ever!

If I could a zero for these products I would. I bought the lips stains and one blurred lip tint. The colours were nothing like on their website. To say they were muted would be an understatement. I requested a refund for th unopened products and I have heard nothing. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Ordered 2 colours from the nude range. Both have red tones nothing nude here. SCAM SCAM Scam Arrived weeks later. Typical!! Not happy at all. Total waste of my money.

I requested return label for refund as their colours do not match the website. 8 gave them my order number and they continue asked for proof of purchase? Seriously? I gave you my order number!!!

After several emails they refused stated colours are exact. NO THE COLOURS DO NOT MATCH. SCAM AND I WISH I'D READ THE REVIEWS. I'll lodge an investigation into an Asia Scammer. This is fraud and robbing people of their money. Total scam!!!

my order did not arrive!

Today is 2months with no package update, 23 emails of them dodging accountability, refusing to follow up anything, but telling me to wait time and time again.
They are making me chase the courier companies multiple times even after ive shown them proof of my communication and aus post themselves saying they dont have it.... it's not my responsibility to chase it, and they won't refund my money either.
AVOID this company.
I ended up getting the bank to chase it up and refund my money.
The package is still unchanged so I'd have been waiting 2 months by now.

It’s not a scam the postage system just sucks. Mine arrived in the UK absolutely fine and within 2 weeks. It’s not as glossy as advertised but it is transfer proof, the stain lasts all day for me but the gloss goes quickly. But I like it!

They took more or less a couple of weeks to arrive, but it's quite normal for international shipping. The products arrived and are exactly as I ordered. I just swatched them and seems that they are exactly as promised, but I will test it.
