Be wary of utilizing this program for billing. I had utilized Timesolv for many years and canceled February of 2026. To cancel you need to call in. They do not have a click to cancel feature. This is a BIG issue. When you call in you wait a long time and then leave a message. The person you speak with can not even cancel then and there. They advise you that a ticket has been created to cancel. Make sure you request that ticket number!!!! Because 8 months later they will charge your card for 10 times in one day. Then when you call and tell them you had canceled in February, they say it wasnt canceled and what is the ticket number from 8 months prior ( the one you didn't know you needed), then the very next day they tell you it was canceled and then try and charge your card again. You are told you can not speak to a supervisor that only messages can be relayed to their "leadership". This is exactly what the Federal Trade commission is trying to combat. They need a click to cancel button ,so this does not happen again. The customer service is not reasonable. Read the reviews, I am not the only person this has happened to.

There was a time when TimeSolv was responsive and easy to work, but that has all changed. Customer service is poor. Communication is even worse. Pricing changes are put in a small footnote at the end of invoices so they are unnoticable. If you are looking for a time and billing vendor, keep looking.

It is functional for a solo, but not easily customizable. Support was great the first 3 years and problems where quickly solved. I thought this would be my last billing program. Suddenly, however, there is no support at all. Requests for help by email and phone are unanswered after a month. Chat goes nowhere. Clearly there are internal problems.

Run away from this company. Customer service does not respond. I have only been a customer for 3 months and been overbilled.

Fast efficient time keeping software that comes with teriffic service!

TimeSolv is the BEST! I'm so happy with the TimeSync feature, which automatically captures time and expenses while I'm working so I don't have to spend a ton of time on time sheets. The price point really can't be beat compared to competitors when it comes to the legal space. Support is always responsive and easy to reach, plus their online resource library makes it easy to find solutions on your own. We are very happy and would recommend it to anyone in the legal space.

TimeSolv has great customer support and they were able to answer all of my product questions. I have loved this product, the interface is very easy to navigate and it has saved our company time in billing hours.

Awful customer support. Never can reach a live agent. Call backs happen days later.

This software platform is very worrisome for hacking issues. One can easily use their system and create/send invoices on behalf of your organization and send invoices which you did not create yourself. BUYER BEWARE!!

Pros: We are a law firm and the attorneys find the program user friends.
Cons: Everything about running reports is AWFUL! Monthly reports, annual reports. Our CPA asked us to switch software companies. PLUS the reports are not consistent. We pay monthly bonuses for time billed over X hours. You can run different reports and they show different hours. Support has been looking into this for months with no solution. It's a total nightmare. I'd suggest another software.

What a rip off company. I closed my firm and notified Timesolv everyway I could but they kept billng my corporates credit card and now refuse to refund any of the charges made after I closed my firm. I would never trust them.

Overall Timesolv is a good product with great potential for time tracking, invoicing and general business practice management. Recently they deployed a new dashboard and analytics module which has been helpful, but still needs some work. Overall if you're looking for extreme customization, this tool may not be for you, but if you're looking for a product to get things organized and user friendly, go for it!

What I like most about this software is that there are no extraneous bells and whistles. It simply does what it needs to do.

This system is so much more efficient than the massive Excel file we had everyone entering their time on. The system was fairly easy to learn for employees of all IT levels. Some of the settings assigned to clients and projects can feel a little counterintuitive to begin with, but their support staff was great during our transition. Our company has definitely increased our number of billable hours, now that we have a certain way to track the work being done for each client and project.

Unlike ADP, it never inexplicably stops working right when you need to use it.

I have used a lot of time capture and billable tracking software. Timesolv is well thought out and one of the best I have used in my 30+ years of being an attorney.

Straightforward and easy to use. Many useful tools and options for viewing and tracking. I just wish the reporting options were more robust with the ability to customize reports based on any data field. Currently i have to print to .csv file then sort the data as needed. I'd love to have a .pdf populate based on exactly the data i need.
