I have bought several items from Tiny Dreams. Mainly for myself. I love the jigsaw vases I have now made three, I have just got three gear cubes one for me and two for grandsons. They remind me of the Rubik cube which I struggled to do. I am struggling with this one but it is great enjoyment. I have not had to wait to long for them to arrive so I am really pleased with the service

I bought the eggs with little stuffed toys inside of them. They were absolutely adorable!! My grandchildren love them and I want some now to put in my car!! Postage wasnt too long . Very happy and would recommend.

I ordered from this company ensuring it was the uk based site. No sign of delivery.
Do not order from them!

Absolutely rubbish, the toy I bought was cheap plastic, and the microphone would not work unless you had an old phone with a headphone socket! The box arrived damaged and opened. DO NOT BUY from here if I could give it a minus I would!

Hand casting kit for families, friends, couples came from Austria and took weeks to arrive. The bucket provided is so small l cant fit my hand in. When l complained the product was not a described, there excuse was to save postage they send a smaller bucket and l have to use my own bucket. The materials that came with it, is not enough even for a small bucket. They are a joke. Dont buy anything from them.

This company sold me Easter eggs with animals in which arrived 2 weeks after Easter. There was no warning that these would not arrive on time despite the order being placed in plenty of time. They refused to pay the return postage. The product was cheap and had clearly been sent from China. They are disreputable and their returns policy breach the law. I will NEVER order from this company again. Their customer service and products are rubbish.

The star is for a prompt response to my email of complaint. Don't be fooled by the photos on the website. They either look much larger than they are or you don't get everything you see ie I ordered a craft sponge pen set and it looked like it came with pic cards to colour but no they aren't included. The sponges looked bigger too. Not the first time this has happened so won't be buying again plus it took ages to get here so I am thinking it's probably from China and not the UK.

I ordered a Montessori WOODEN toy, what I received was a bag of plastic nuts & bolts. When I complained to TinyDreams they would not refund the money. I complained again and they said I would have to pay to return the item to Austria. Alternatively they offered a 1/3 of the cost.
If I could have given No stars I would have! Do not buy from this company

Company who went above and beyond with my recent purchase. The company quickly solved my problem after the package had been damaged in transit. The company did a wonderful job in sending another screen for my grandchildren to use
The company are outstanding with their follow up care. I would most heartily thank them for their rapid service.

If I could give this company zero stars I would its a total ripof orderd the engine with steam coming out with the little man driving i recieved it no little man when I messaged them they said it was only for show I could return it to Australia at my expense it would of cost me more to sending back than I paid for it false advertising so beware

Great fun product which was enjoyed by children and adults alike. It arrived on time and in great condition. Good seller would and am going to use again

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered from this site without checking reviews, and thinking it would be dispatched from the UK, and regret it. The product I ordered was eventually dispatched and by about 4 weeks later I contacted them to say it still hadn't arrived and it was marked as having insufficient delivery information by the courier. They tried to fob me off but I persisted and got them to resend it. They did this after multiple emails asking for individual delivery details again (as in, one request per email for details I'd provided when I placed my order), and lo and behold the second order didn't arrive either. It took an AWFUL lot of emails to squeeze a refund out of them and I had to threaten to leave a bad review, which they clearly deserve anyway. The item I ordered was a gift for my sister's baby when she arrived, and thankfully I'd given myself enough time for all this to play out, but only just. Save yourself the stress and just pay the extra few pounds to order from a reputable company.

Selling toys that children will love.
But in reality the toys are shoddy not uk certificated and mostly damaged on arrival .

TOTAL SCAM - SPREAD THE WORD & AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Beautiful little baby socks will keep baby's feet nice and warm very cute I bought 3 pairs love them.

Awful experience. They apparently sent my item but it was never received due to an issue with my address (never had issues with my address before). They apparently resent it, but a monthlate I've still not received anything.

Ive asked for a refund which theyve apparently processes, but 10 days later its still not been received. Ive chased for and update and apparently they're going to process again... VERY DODGY COMPANY!

Stop giving me automated replies… reply to my email instead

I wish I’d checked Trustpilot before ordering. The website looked convincing and appeared to be UK-based, but it was clearly misleading.
Instead of the birthday present I’d carefully chosen for my nephew, I received a bag of low-quality bits shipped from China accompanied by instructions in Chinese only. It was nothing like what was advertised.
I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. The whole experience has been extremely disappointing and feels very deceptive.
Appalling service.

Bought the hand casting - bought two. They arrived the size of a baked bean can - on the advertisement they’re big. Absolute joke and will be chasing full refund from PayPal.

Give. One star because not able to leave no star review. Terrible quality. Terrible late delivery. Terrible customer service. Avoid
