The Twilight Library was purchased by me for a relaxing weekend, and it was really fun. I have received all updates about my order during the whole ordering process.

I decided to purchase The Lotus Pavilion once I noticed it on the Internet, and I made the right choice. The ordering procedure at TinyCraft has been very easy, and the end result turned out to be better than I expected.

I have received 6 of the Tiny Craft Soul Bookstore Kits and I really only wanted 1. What is going on? I don't really know if I have been charged for all 6. Could you please look into this for me and figure out what is going on? My Telephone number is 402-679-5603. Please let me know if I need to do anything.

I've never built tiny things; I've built computers from scratch, if that counts! Tinycraft is a quality product. Their advertisement is brilliant. It comes with a beautiful, sturdy box and shows you how much care they put into their product. On top of everything else, their customer service is top-notch. I sent them an email; within five minutes, I got my reply- yes, from a real person! Building things relaxes people and takes everyday worries out of your mind. If anybody out there wants to build these tiny things, go for Tinycraft. It is worth every penny you spent on it. Thank you, Tinycraft; keep producing.

Never have I been disappointed with TinyCraft products. It has been really interesting to assemble The Lotus Pavilion; everything was well-packed.

My product “shipped” over two weeks ago. Was given a tracking number, no other information other than it left the facility. Each time I check the tracking number, it changes the date that it “left the facility”. I tried emailing and they said it’s moving. Still no other information. We are pushing three weeks, no movement other than them taking my money which they did very quickly. Customer service offers no explanation and refuses to return money.

The Grand Book Hall attracted my attention right away and TinyCraft made the ordering process really convenient.

Took over 3 weeks to ship. My order came in a mislabeled box. The correct kit was inside but it was missing instructions and many of the 3d miniatures they show on the website were not included. Add to it that I found the exact same item on amazon for $29.99-these guys are just upselling. Seems impossible to get a refund they just keep offering a measly 15% off coupon and inundate me with marketing emails.
Update 8/19- They issued me a full refund after many emails & pictures of what i received.

Be VERY careful with this company!

I bought their Tailor's Atelier kit expecting it to be the same quality of another, cheaper kit (The Grand Townhouse) on their site. However, I was very wrong! The Tailor's Atelier kit just ONE 3D element, whereas the Grand Townhouse kit has several. The Tailor's Atelier kit is almost exclusively printed images stuck onto board, making it a glorified jigsaw puzzle, and the kit sold by TinyCraft is the EXACT same kit as is available from Amazon for less than half of the price charged by TinyCraft.

Also be aware that although the site claims "free shipping on all orders over $85", this is considered a "promotion" which cannot be used with their perpetual "special 15% off" offer. I would have returned my kit for a full refund, but posting it back to the US (I'm in the UK) is too costly.

Update:
TinyCraft finally got in touch after I emailed them and offered a 50% partial refund, which I accepted.

There was a slight delay with my order, but TinyCraft informed me about it and solved everything very quickly. I really appreciate their professionalism. The Sunshine Loft is really worth waiting for.

Order 5502, So I ordered the potion workshop, took over 2 weeks to come, and wow £50 of tatt, no lights even though described, cauldron is solid green plastic no flicker light, no potion bottles with lights, box of dribble, customer service is not answering me, have put a claim in with Klarna

I have seen TinyCraft a couple of times on the internet and decided to purchase The Sunshine Loft. I am so happy I did because it was all great and the result turned out amazing.

Extremely satisfied with TinyCraft. The Coffee Stop came very well packaged and was delivered much faster than I thought it would. It was an enjoyable way to spend the weekend.

The payment plan made a PVS14 possible without wrecking my budget, and the clean tube, QC sheet, mount, and J-arm all showed up exactly as advertised. Once I used it, the price stopped bothering me.

I was not certain which kit to choose until I contacted TinyCraft. They were so helpful, and The Coffee Stop is exactly what I needed.

What an amazing project! It was safe and of high quality when my order for TinyCraft came. Constructing The Sunflower Glasshouse was great fun, and I enjoyed bringing out the garden to life!

I really liked assembling The Sunflower Glasshouse. TinyCraft made ordering and delivery so simple and convenient. The tiny plants and details were amazing and it was a very relaxing activity after a long day at work.

It was an amazing experience to work with TinyCraft. The customer service was helpful, and the quality of the kits was even better than I expected. Assembly was very relaxing and satisfying, and I am very pleased with the result.

This is my first TinyCraft kit, and I liked it very much. All the parts were carefully packed and everything was ready for assembly. The details included in The Enchanted Globe made it a fascinating experience, and the outcome is simply gorgeous.
