Spent the extra money for "free returns" only to be charged for returning and unworn shirt. Customer service assured me I would receive a full refund yet I still did not! I don't plan on purchasing from them again but if I have any advice it would be do NOT buy the $3.98 free returns fee! Just giving them extra money.

Update, after receiving my 1 star review, they finally responded and got my shirt mailed out (more than 3 weeks past the date it was expected.) Review changed to 3 star because they corrected it, but still not a 5 star because it shouldn't have to get to that point to get a reply from customer service and they were nonresponsive to email, text, online, and phone before I left a review.

Order date missed by a wide margin and still hasn't shipped and Customer Service is nonresponsive.

I really love the rip n sip golf polo I ordered, it is just really long. So long that it covers my buttocks and reaches to my upper thigh forcing me to have to wear it tucked which I don’t usually do unless I’m actually golfing. I love to wear golf shirts casually untucked. I ordered the XL instead of the L like my sister had gotten me in the past as a gift. The XL fits my shoulders and arms much better and the material is great, but is just extremely long. This just might be how the bigger sizes of those shirts run in general, just more of a personal preference when it comes to the review rather than lack of quality.

The product was made extremely well! Material was soft and moisture wicking. Husband loves the design. Shipped super fast! Love, love, love this company! Great value for the money! Will order from again! If you are even considering buying from Tipsy Elves, do it!! You won’t be sorry!

everything was easy. the quality of the one piece was much better than I expected .... but, unfortunately , the whole suit fit well except for the top.... bummer. I am not that big breasted.... but it was too small. I returned it reluctantly .

I have not received the polos and I have yet to receive a response to the email I sent a few days ago.

The sizing was wrong. I long at the sizing chart and bought the same dimensions that I buy from other companies and this shirt was too small. And the fear instailled in the return process is something. I am sure I will be charged some type of restocking fee, especially after they offered me additional credit to keep a shirt THAT DOESN'T FIT. Like an extra $5 credit is going to make the shirt BIGGER??

Skeleton costume perfect fit with bun in the oven as well as matching costume for my 4 year old. Very good quality.

First I love the unique products. I ordered a red white and blue ski outfit in women large. It arrived quickly but it was tight in the chest so I contacted them through chat and spoke with Jeff.. OH WOW!!! Jeff was phenomenal!!! They were running a great sale and they were out of my size in Male or Female sizes so he helped me get a Mans large in a different style and made sure I got my discount. ( this was after 3 separate times of me texting with him to fix numerous little details.) Every time Jeff showed up he fixed it with a smile emoji and he championed my cause like a conqueror! I even told him he was my hero for all the work he did (over days) on my behalf. I love Tipsy Elves and appreciate their creative clothes and excellent service!

This is the third snowsuit I’ve purchased from Tipsy Elves. One for me, my mom, and my daughter AND we absolutely love them!
