Tiramisu Cake UK Avis 

DPD driver did not even attempt the delivery, sat in his van and said failed to attempt delivery. The dessert had to be collected from the post office and when opened it was a mess. Due to DPD's error, Tiramisu Cake UK have given me a partial refund and have assured me that this should hopefully not happen again. That cake was delicious, the only sad part was that it arrived late and ruined due to DPD.

The tiramisu tasted great, we ordered originally as it had no alcohol. However, the actual taste once we received the product was nothing short of top!

The team here are so lovely and really go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy, chase things up, and ensure safe and timely delivery. The cake comes in the perfect packaging and even has an ice pack to keep it fresh which is so impressive! The tin it comes in is also lovely and reusable- I love the concept. My husband enjoyed this for his birthday and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Very tasty tiramisu, and quite helpful staff. Their delivery slots were full for the day I wanted, but they were able to bring the cake to a train station where I collected from.

I ordered this for my partners birthday. I was given a tracking number and ordered two days before. I had all the emails saying it’s being dispatched to DPD then on the morning of his birthday 2 days later, It says they have refunded my order. When using their customer chat, it said I had cancelled the order (doesnt make sense because why would I wait two days to cancel.) My partner didnt have his cake on his birthday and then I get an email asking to review the company. So rightly so not very happy.

Incredible tiramisu. We bought several of the tiramisus for a wedding reception and they went down a treat! Also the prompt responses and kind words through Instagram were very much appreciated

Package arrived as a cardboard box, inside the box was an insulated layer with ice packs that were still cold.

The metal tin was very cold and when opened the tiramisu was intact (despite being upside down etc).

The taste of the tiramisu is amazing and will order again. I find it difficult to find “good” tiramisu without alcohol and this was excellent. It is worth the price.

The cake was amazing, I bought it for my mums birthday and we really enjoyed it. However unfortunately it didn’t come on the date selected, this may have been due to the delivery company but when you’re paying extra to choose which date it comes on and stay at home all day waiting for the delivery it is quite annoying that it came a day late.
