Tires Plus Avis 

I brought my vehicle to Tires Plus in Lake Mary and was charged nearly $2,600 for a list of repairs. I later learned from a second certified mechanic; I should have been charged approximately $1000. The mechanic also told me an oil cap was nearly falling off, he said this could have been dangerous; I had been driving like this for weeks. In addition, I was told I needed additional repairs, within “a few months”, repairs totaling $1,600. Believing my car needed repairs, I was worried to drive my car,and was shocked to find that none of the repairs listed on the $1600 estimate, were not needed at all. In fact, the real issue was resolved for $325 — and included none of what Tires Plus claimed. This is not just bad service — it's a textbook case of unfair and deceptive trade practices under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA).
A regional manager later admitted photos were taken of the alleged damage — yet those were never provided. I was misled, overcharged, and nearly pressured into unnecessary service — all while recovering from major surgery. Their conduct was a violation of deceptive business practices prohibited under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), found in Florida Statutes § 501.201–213.
I will be taking further action and urge others to get a second opinion and research your rights before agreeing to any service.

I would avoid EVER using Tires Plus they are completely incompetent crooked low character organization. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and the lazy, incompetent, crooked people there damaged my engine. It’s not an opinion-based review, this is factual. I even contacted them with obvious proof, and I never heard a word back. Its been over a week and I even contacted the corporate office, I contacted Bridgestone, because they own the crooks, and no matter how many messages I leave or emails I send, the crooks never respond. I would avoid this business at all costs!

Superb service from Christopher and Rayon at your Bonita Springs garage. We went in for a puncture repair and this was done very quickly and efficiently. Great price and can highly recommend.

They claim they are willing to fix flat tires. I don't think so. I had a flat. A nail in the middle of the tire tread. They said they couldn't fix it because my tire had dry rot. Although they claimed they could plug the hole, they said It would no longer seal around the rim because I drove it while flat. Not true. I took it home, filled the hole with a plug and it held air just fine. No leaks around the rim. They wanted to upsell me to a new tire and/or a whole new set of tires. I just don't believe they want to fix flats because there's no money in it for them. I'm not saying all Tires Plus' are bad but when you have nearly 75% 1-star reviews, that tells you something.

I brought my car in for an alarming. And they always charge me over nine hundred dollars for ball joints on bith sides, which were not required. Avoid this place as they're only looking to upcharge you and raise their commissions.

Subiel Usaman was very transparent and super helpful, he explain everything really well. I got all 4 tires replaced and alignment. He help me and show me that work that my car was getting done.

Hello, I went to Tires Plus in Perry, GA, for a tire alignment and two new tires. After leaving, I noticed my tires weren’t balanced, and my steering wheel was shaking uncontrollably. I called the location and returned the next day, only to be told that a new mechanic had failed to properly balance the wheels and complete the alignment. On top of that, they never performed the tire rotation. When I contacted customer service, the experience was just as frustrating. I will never have my vehicle serviced there again.

Was a little concerned reading all the bad reviews but just had four tires put on a MB SUV at Tires Plus on Congress Ave in Delray Beach. Jeff and Stephan could not have been more accommodating to deal with. Got there at opening and was out in 90 minutes. Prices were great. Based on comments at the many locations, it seems Tires vs. other more mechanical services are totally different. Maybe that’s why they are called TIRES Plus and not BRAKES Plus. Just sayin..

TLDR highlights:
1) Had to bring my truck back twice within a week after they replaced my brakes because the brand-new brakes were squealing.
2) A few weeks later my parking brake assembly came apart while driving causing over $4,300 in damage. The only people that touched my brakes were Tires Plus employees.
3) Tires Plus/Bridgestone refused to fully reimburse me for the damage.

In May 2024, I had the brakes replaced on my Ford F-150 at the Annandale, VA Tires Plus store. I had to bring it back in twice more within a week for further work because the brand-new brakes were squealing. A few weeks later the parking brake assembly on my rear passenger side wheel came apart while I was driving. Not only was this dangerous, it caused a significant amount of damage. I took my truck to a Ford dealership and they had to do $4,323 worth of work to repair the damage. Because no one else touched my brakes, the work the Tires Plus store did was likely the cause of the issue. As soon as I got home from bringing my truck to the Ford dealership and before they had even looked at it, I called the Tires Plus store to let them know what happened and that I would be filing a claim. The manager told me to let him know how much it cost and he would then pass it along through the proper channels. Once the damage was repaired a few days later, I called the store to let the manager know how much it cost me and the manager then filed a claim through the corporate channels. A few days later, I was contacted by a claims rep but he said because they did not have a 3rd party inspect the damage they would not pay out the full claim. This was the first I heard about the requirement to have a 3rd party look at the damage in order to file a claim. The manager didn’t mention it when I called (before any work was done at the Ford dealership), nothing I signed said anything about it, and I could not find anything on your website that said a 3rd party was a requirement. I would argue the Ford dealership could have been used as a 3rd party expert. Furthermore, I still have all of the damaged parts and offered to have a 3rd party come look at them. None of this sufficed for the claims rep and therefore my claim was not offered to be fully reimbursed.
Being out over $4,000 and the whole ordeal in general is quite frustrating. However, being steamrolled by the claims office and not having them actually consider the claim fairly is the worst part. If they would have actually talked to the Ford dealership (the claims rep says he did but I asked around at the dealership afterward and no one said they had spoken to him) or actually brought in a 3rd party to look at the parts I have and the third party then said it was not the fault of Tires Plus, I would at least feel like Tires Plus/Bridgestone treated me fairly. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I would highly recommend avoiding Tires Plus/Bridgestone at all costs.

I had a nail in my tire and called and asked for a Yokohama replacement tire for my 2022 Subaru Outback. Dropped off car and later went to pick up car only to find they put a Firestone tire on my car. They did have the Yokohama tire, but wanted $ 55.- more than the Firestone. The local Tire Shop store that is a dealer did not have this markup. Decided to keep the Firestone, but not going to this store again.

The worst place to take your car to be fixed. I took my car at their Pembroke pine location ( PEMBROKE PINES - 15907 PINES BLVD, PEMBROKE PINES, FL. 33027-1201 ) and the car came worst than I brought it and when I complained about in the same day, they wanted to charge me more for their mistake or bad service.

The guys at Tires Plus we're helpful on the phone to make sure they had the right tire in stock after a tire blowout to meeting them in person. Very kind. The work was done quickly!!! Their service was exceptional.

Tiresplus ia a joke! I took my car for brake service and had to return 4 times without having all the issues solved. After writing a review on Google, customer service reached out and it follows the pattern of extremely poor service. My case was supposedly escalated and the regional manager was going to contact me in 2 days… guess what? That never happened.
Stay away from this business!

I just spent 11 hours over two days at this store not due to any fault of the current employees. I found the current temporary manager, Nelly, was extremely professional. Whether he was speaking on the phone or working directly with customers, he was courtesy and always had a smile on his face. I wished my manager at Tires Plus in Indy had these qualities. He and his team member Mike, were outstanding. Hats off to the both of them! Jim L. Indy

I guess after seeing all the bad reviews I dont know how this company can still be in business. They are thieves. After approx 10 years of dealing with these ppl, I was so disappointed to realize how they gouch their prices. I took my GMC Terrain because the steering wheel was making a graspy noice, James who took care of me he said that maybe it was the motor mounts but couldnt be certain but they needed replacement badly, so i told him to go ahead, I was charged almost 2000.00 to replace all 4. 2 weeks later I had an issue with the transmission which they do not repair (Thank God) my next door neighbor blindly referred me to her mechanice cause she said he was the best and he comes out to your home to do the repairs, I called him and he came out, boy was she right this guy is the best I have ever encountered, he told me all that was wrong as there were a few things that needed attention, he also told me that the motor mounts were after market, I was never told that they were going to replace my OEM motor mounts with aftermarket, which they should tell u, and 2000 for aftermarket? also he noticed that they never checked my fluid as the engine oil was almost empty so was my brake fluid, this is not acceptable. I called Tire Plus and spoke to James, all he could say was "Im sorry" repeadly and as per the engine oil he blame it on the mechanic, for real? So i told him I was going to compaint to corporate. That didnt do any good either, I called they gave me a claim no, and was told that an area manager or supervisor would get back to me within 48 hrs, well that never happened, I called again and gave the customer serv agent the claim no, she said she was going to escalete it, is been over a week and no calls, so I guess with Tire plus is all a game, they could care less as long as they can get away stealing your money.
DO NOT USE TIRE PLUS IF U DONT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF. STAY AWAY.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Do not use this business. When I booked an appointment for a road force balance the guy on the phone give me the price for balance but then says extra will surely apply. I told him that will not apply as the vehicle was serviced the week before by places that are way more reportable than Tires Plus. So I get here this morning for balance and sure enough they are telling brakes are bad. Tech drove from parking lot to service bay. No real test drive then they said K&K didnt test drive it to know brakes were bad (truck was test driven by Land Rover and K&K) but Tires Plus can tell from parking lot to service bay breaks were bad...yeah right.This truck has been checked throughly by Land Rover and K & K Automotive. Why would I trust a janky tire place over Land Rover and K & K Automotive?Are your so called techs even ASE certified?Scammers for real. No wonder their rating is below 4 stars. Do not go here for any Automotive service! I called to get corporate number to make a complaint and manager Travis told me to Google it he didn't have it. I Googled and called corporate I was advised each store has a number for corporate to provide when requested by customer. I made a complaint against Travis as he was listening to a personal conversation on my personal phone with my husband about the trick they were trying to pull with the brakes. I certainly hope Travis is not a representative of what they think a good manager is? I went to K&K immediately after leaving this hell hole. Once again, brakes are fine ..... so tell who's trying to get over on who? Go to Rice Tires on Tilco instead.

Just left Rice Tires on Tilco Dr. Balance completed and 3rd opinion saying brakes in good shape!

I had a horrible experience at Tires Plus in Palm Springs, FL. I was manipulated and intentionally lied to about everything from my car needing an oil change for full synthetic at 5k miles, to bushings falling out from under my car. I had to bring my car back 2 more times after that to complain about a clunking noise from the breaks. They never fixed it, said they didn't hear or see anything. In the end it cost me over $4k of work, only to have them absolutely destroy my rotors less then 5 months later. I had to take my car to the dealer ship for them to fix it, only to find out they weren't installed properly, and were missing a shim kit.

The individual who made my time at Tire Plus amazing was Fred.

He is professional, kind and patient. After getting a flat on the turnpike and reaching the Tire Plus location on Pines and 157 he made the process simple and efficient.

Tire Plus is fortunate to have an associate like Fred, please take the time to commend him.
