I’ve had a really positive experience using the TitanBody™ EMS suit. Since starting, I’ve lost just over a stone in weight and overall I feel much healthier, more energetic, and stronger in my day-to-day life.

One of the most noticeable changes has been in my muscle tone. I’ve seen clear improvements in my biceps and triceps, and my stomach area has definitely reduced in size as well, which has been really motivating.

In fact, the results have been so significant that the suit itself has started to feel too large in certain areas. For example, I can no longer properly feel the pads on my back, which means I don’t always get the level of stimulation I should in those areas.

Overall, I’m really pleased with the progress I’ve made using the TitanBody™ EMS suit and the impact it’s had on both my fitness and confidence. It’s been an effective and rewarding experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to others looking to improve their strength and body composition.

I have been using EMS suits (Katalyst) for the past 2 years and recently switched over to Titanbody for a few reasons. I completed over 290 workouts with the katalyst suit but was experiencing faulty suit connections with all the wires and sub-par customer service.

The things that I find to be better about Titan is that you don't have to wet the suit (as long as you are working up a sweat) and you don't have to wear a base layer, and you don't have to keep tightening straps as you move through a workout. It is also easier to travel with on business trips and it holds its suit charge longer.

In terms of the workout quality, both suits are good, but I need more practice with Titan to make it as tough as Katalyst. I have only done 6 workouts with Titan so so i think my results will improve the more familiar i get with the system.

The only con so far is the user interface - you have to increase or decrease muscle groups individually, you can't ramp up the total upper body or lower body together or more quickly than 2 levels at a time. Katalyst has build in workouts and ramp ups that are great workouts but you have to do this yourself and manually with Titan. the workout structures of KAtalyst are engaging and make the working out part easier because it is directed through the coaching videos and the ramp, but after you've done 20 of them you can get the hang of it for your self with Titan.

Great customer and fast service

Customer service is top notch! I had an issue that they resolved in 24 hours at no additional cost. The suit itself fits into my existing exercise routine and adds significant value in deeper muscle work and recovery. I think this suit is responsible for me getting better sleep at night to be honest. I've tried other EMS suits and they were awkward and hard to use on a stationary bike and rowing machine. TitanBody works quite well with these modalities, along with regular body weight/light weight and floor cardio.

The Titan EMS Body Suit is a great investment in staying fit at all ages.
At 65, I bought this unit to support my muscle health, due to the amount of stress on the joints, lifting heavy weights. It provides great EMS frequencies and pulse width to trigger all muscle fibers, with the intensity levels needed. I love my suit.

Really liked the suit! It fits well, and is actually comfortable to wear. You can tell it’s good quality. Overall, super happy with it.

The suit is fantastic. I've tried a few, and TitanBody so far is the best for my workout routine. I can easily sit on a bike or a rowing machine, and the suit moves with me. Customer service has been a dream come true. I always get a human, and if I have problems, they handle it right away. I'm incredibly pleased with my TitanBody purchase and recommend it to anyone looking for EMS.

It hasn't been super long but Im already experiencing really good results. I'm stronger in the most unexpected ways and Ive lost an inch off my waste.

Absolutely amazing training experience with TitanBody. I basically worked out for 15 minutes and it felt like I went through an hour long training session! I would highly recommend these EMS suits to anyone looking to take their training to the next level.

TitanBody is like nothing I’ve ever used before! I HATE the gym but I’m actually enjoying using my TitanBody. You can really feel it working and the results are so much faster than any workout plan I’ve tried to follow. My left side has always been weaker than my right and I’ve already almost completely fixed that in just a couple of months. I can’t recommend this suit enough!!!
