The Titanium Chopping Board Company Avis 

★☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience
I would strongly recommend that potential customers carefully consider their purchase before ordering from this company.
I placed an order for £134 and expected the delivery service advertised on their website. After waiting without receiving my order or proper tracking information, I contacted the company.
When I requested cancellation, I was suddenly told that my order had already been dispatched and was “in transit”, so it could no longer be cancelled. However, despite claiming this, they did not provide me with the courier name, tracking number, dispatch details, current location/status or a confirmed delivery date.
I contacted them again specifically requesting this information. Instead of providing it, I was told they needed more time to check with their warehouse and logistics team. I found this extremely concerning — if an order has genuinely been dispatched and is already in transit, I would expect the seller to be able to provide basic shipping and tracking information.
I therefore opened a dispute through PayPal for the full £134.
PayPal reviewed my case and decided in my favour. The case has now been closed and my full £134 refund has been made permanent and is available in my PayPal account.
The entire experience left me with very little confidence in this company, particularly regarding the discrepancy between the delivery information advertised and what actually happened with my order.
I have retained the emails, order information and correspondence relating to my experience.
Based on my personal experience, I would not order from this company again.

I ordered the large chopping board and must say I am very happy with it. The non-slip mat that came with it initially had a very strong smell but after a quick wash and air dry for 24 hours the smell had gone completely. Having read some of the reviews on here, I wondered if I had made a mistake, but I have no hesitation in recommending this company … communication has been excellent throughout the whole process. The product itself appears to be of excellent quality as does the nonslip mat. It also arrived very well packaged. No complaints at all from me and would happily buy from this company again with absolute confidence.

After just one use I noticed scratch marks despite statement on their website stating it is scratch resistant and will last a life-time. Contacted company who refused my request to return item for refund as I had used it! I have now contact my payment provider and have requested a chargeback. They also state that the company is British and items will be dispatched from the UK. The item took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. The charge on my credit card statement states Hkg which is Hong Kong. I would not recommend this company.

I recommend this company. The experience I have had with the staff is first class. The 100% Titanium are what they say and NOT a mock of something else (like stainless steel) well done The Titanium Chopping Board Company

Great quality chopping boards.So much better than the wooden ones we had! Customer service comms were also excellent, with speedy response times and updates. Will purchase from this business again.

Scratched from first use (shows knife marks) - looks cheap and tatty.
Quite flimsy - picture taken from advantageous angle to make 2mm look thicker than it actually is.
Customer service just said "it says 2mm thickness on the description"
