Thanks for taking the time to review us Claire however we're sorry the item has not arrived as expected.
All our Funkos are brand new and from them directly so they are all unopened and unused items. All our Pops as well are packed with triple layered bubble wrap and newspaper as extra padding so we are concerned with your item arriving like it is.
I would like to clarify with you whether the parcel has been opened on its way to you or whether its the item itself you feel has been opened so we will be in contact this weekend with you about this and to reach a positive resolution.

Brilliant company, went extra mile
Used them for the first ever time and ordered a gingerbread foxy, and the service recieved has been amazing, recieved in immaculate condition, and even added a note hoping my son loves it, cannot speak highly enough of them, will definately use again 😁

First of many hopefully!
I had never heard of Titan Pops before, but they were the only site I could find with a specific FUNKO Pop that I needed; I took the “risk” & it definitely paid off.
The item was dispatched quickly and received within a few days.
It was well packaged and arrived exactly as expected; in perfect condition.
Thank you - I will definitely be checking with Titan in the first place, in future.

Incredible customer service - thank you so much!
I placed an order for two items, unfortunately one of the items was out of stock when they came to despatch them. A refund was promptly given.
A few days later I was then contacted, and they had actually managed to source another one for me.
The customer service could not have been better, they went above and beyond.
I'll have one very happy person come Christmas day.
Will definitely use again. Thank you.

Ordering & Delivery from Titan Pops
The website is easy to navigate and the process of ordering is very straightforward.
I've made two purchases so far, and they've both been delivered on-time and in great condition. They also write a little personal message in the package giving their thanks which is a nice thoughtful addition.
