Fake website *THEY ARE LYING BELOW*
Fake website. Will send you a foam sword from a eBay seller and change the description of the item to foam instead of metal after purchase.
THE REPLY BELOW IS FALSE. THEY ARE HARASSING ME VIA WHATSAPP BEGGING ME TO DELETE THE REVIEW DUE TO A "mistake". I ordered a metal sword. Description said metal. After purchasing a few days later they changed it to foam in the description and sent me a foam sword from eBay, from a seller named "Guildarms" I have contacted them to let them know as well.

This review is completely false and misleading.
The order was delivered successfully and in perfect condition — exactly as described on our website. After receiving the product, this reviewer contacted us and demanded a refund, threatening to leave a negative review if we did not comply. We processed the refund in good faith, yet the product was kept and this dishonest review was still posted.
This is textbook review manipulation and extortion, which is strictly against Trustpilot’s guidelines. We have full documentation of this conversation and have reported this case to Trustpilot for immediate investigation.
Titan Swords is a legitimate and honest business. We will not tolerate fraudulent behavior.

I ordered a replica sword and was assured through the website when placing the order that it would be delivered in 5-7 days. The order took over 3 weeks to show up. I tried to get in contact with customer service multiple times during then but only got through to someone once.
When the sword arrived today it came in terrible condition. The wrap on the handle was falling apart and barely sticking on and the sword had multiple scratches going down its length. I tried so many times to get in contact with someone but their site makes its incredible difficult to actually get a hold of a real person. Even if by some miracle I can get a hold of someone this week, the sword arrived weeks later than it should and so im forced to spend even more money to fix it up myself somehow so I can give it as a birthday gift in a couple days.

All of their selection is well crafted. It came with no broken pieces which is typical for some places. Customer service was wonderful even being peak holiday season.

TitanSword offers a great selection and reasonable prices. The sword I received was exactly what I expected—strong, well-crafted, and just gorgeous. Customer service was friendly when I had a question about order tracking. It arrived a little later than the estimated delivery window, but I was kept informed, so I appreciate that transparency.
