Honest, legal and must know information in the property world

The conference was very informative. I overheard many commenting, however, that it was too long / disorganised and should not have overrun with which I agree. Would be much better to leave any questions to the end of a presentation and keep to the timescale.

I liked the venue. I liked the food. I like the presentation. I think Perhaps the last day could end earlier say 3:30pm, Allowing more time for attendees to book further courses.

I attended the introductory Title Split Unleashed 2-day event in September 2024.

It was a useful session with insights into title splitting, planning and finding opportunities. The main learning is reserved for the 3-day masterclass and follow-up community.

The event was well-organized, and networking with fellow attendees was interesting. Rachel and her team clearly know their stuff.

Wow, just wow!! These 2 are amazing! Rachel with her exstensive knowledge and infectious personality and Adrian with is expertise and dapper charm. If your looking for property strategy with support along the way these are your guys. There wasnt a question thrown at them they didnt know. Im absolutely bold over by the 3 day mastermind course and im sure you will be to.

Excellent course. Unique in the market place -deep dive into title splits. Warts and all-honest view of what's involved. Rachel has incredible energy,knowledge,integrity,honesty and refreshingly skillful & unique approach.Adrian's appraisal of planning and process has armed us with the dos and donts...will save disaster. A fantastic 3 days of real learning. A course that really opens the mind to title splitting opportunities and creative purchasing. Lots of knowledge, and not for beginners. A room full of educated property developers was a breath of fresh air to other courses. Plus, zero upselling.
Rachel Knight is a very impressive person, whose enthusiasm on property is infectious. An amazing coach and was a pleasure to spend 3 days with her and her team. Having done other training over the years, this is hands down the most useful I’ve found.

I was expecting only to learn about when and how to split titles and create extra individual units. In fact the course was much more than that. I learned about how different strategies fit together, creative design creative finance strategies. How to communicate with each member of the power team in a way that gets my ideas across and how to understand what they are telling me. And so many other things.

Amazing teaching and sharing! Rachel and Adrian are just amazing! I know the training will be good but I didn't know that it will be THAT good!
