I ordered a bag 12/19/25 on 1/18/26 @ 8:30pm Chicago time I received a message saying it was delivered but no package.

Do not trust this company or order ANYTHING from them. The will lie and steal your money. I never received what was ordered and they give fake tracking information. They ought to be investigated and arrested for all the money they steal from people. Complete Assholes!

Same as everyone else. Ordered purses on December 16th. Took nearly a month and received a "delivered" message on January 16th....nothing was ever delivered.

Yeah I ordered from tiktok 4 bags says delivered, I never received anything. Makes me really sad do not order because it's fake fake fake

I should have researched this company first on December 14 before believing a TikTok video and making a purchases. Now it's January 19 and no items. Waste of time and money. I will be filing a report for refund and to the BBB.

Only because I can’t give them a zero star. They are thieves. Do not order from them. According to their tracking, it took 29 days for me to receive my merchandise. Of course I never received it. Yes, it’s my fault. 🤦🏻‍♀️ When I tried to go back to send an email, there was no
longer a record of my order on their website anymore.

I ordered two Dooney and Burke purses and wallets Dec 16th and have never received them. Can't get any phone number to speak with someone. Followed tracking and its coming from China. It now says delivered, however I never received the package.

Same story as others, saw on tik toc or back in December 15 now it January 16th still no product. Readings others reviews I know I have been scammed. Do not order from this company.

I have did 2 orders with Tivonette off TikTok on December 12, 2025 and paid for express delivery but I have not received my orders and I have emailed them so many times about my orders. I have asked for refunds but they said I will only get 40% off my orders. I wish I can do a lawsuit against this company but I will report this company to BBB.

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Stupidly, I bought a purse and wallet on Dec 14th because I saw them being advertised on TikTok. I did not make the purchase through TikTok but on their website. Tivonette. I ordered for my mom’s Christmas gift on Dec 14🥹, 2025. It’s now Jan 14th 2026 and I don’t have the goods. It says it’s been in my town now for 5 days. If I’d have know this was coming from China, I’d never have ordered!!!! Transparency needs to happen when you’re about to purchase something that comes from there.

Terrible rip off site!!! Do not use them they steal your money…no trust in China!!!! 30 days and nothing…to good to be true probably made millions off of excited people to get a quality bag!!! Terrible terrible way to spend money

I placed an order on the 22nd of Dec. Supposed to take 7 days. Still haven't received my order. Big scam be cautious. It's the 11th of Jan.

This is a straight 100% SCAM SITE.
I should have known better.
Please stay far away from them.
They've stolen videos from real UGC creators, and created scam TikTok stores.
My own security has blocked their site as harmful, fake, and an attempt to steal personal information.

Ordered on TikTok also several handbags as well & the same thing happened & paid for 2-3 fay delivery & emailed the company several times, lastly I informed them that I will be reporting them as well. I don't know how their able to set up these pages on TikTok & not be thoroughly screened!

I purchased three Dooney and Burke handbags… off TikTok shop was forwarded to another site - order not tracked on TikTok - Should've known it was a scam… For $29 shipping... I received notice-received payment; received notice-received order; I received - notice package was on its way four days ago today is December 19, 2025; the tracking has stopped.

Only way to communicate is through email - I have not received a response definitely a Scam!!
