Although there is an online configurator, I had to call one of the team.
They were friendly and helpful.
Stairs turned up when they said they would, helpful driver kept me informed of delivery time.
Partial assembly required, stairs went together perfectly.
I would recommend.

Stair review.
A very good product and service. My only complaint is that there were a number of dents and scratches on the wood, not seen until we unwrapped the stairs. Maybe done during transit.

Great service and delivery
We had a great exchange with the designer who was really helpful and worked out all the balustrade detail. The delivery was early and the driver kept us updated with progress. The stairs have not been fitted yet but the quality looks excellent.

Complicated to assemble and install with 4 turns and 12 steps.
Very easy to use online design app with helpful telephone assistance if needed.
The part assembled option doesn't describe the large packs of pieces that I received. You need seriously good carpentry and construction skills to assemble the staircase.

Excellent Service
First time I have ordered and fitted stairs. I found the design feature on website excellent and the whole process to delivery was excellent. Very nice chap for delivery and helped us up the driveway.
The stairs were strong and easy to fit, I went for pre cut spindles etc and was a dream to fit for an amateur like me. Thank you
