Nice simple sign-up. My VPS was exactly as specified. No network issues so far.

TNA Hosting offers extremely cheap VPS hosting. However, the price comes with its caveats:

Support takes a while to respond, although when they did respond, the answer was good.

It is not made clear that some of the Linux distros that they have ISOs for are not compatible with certain levels of hosting.

So if you're an experienced admin, and you know how to manage your own system and lock it down well, TNAHosting is cost effective, fast, and offers a full suite of admin tools.

If you are new to managing a server and need assistance, you may want to look elsewhere.

Server performed poorly but they were quick to issue a refund after I raised a request.

I purchased one of the storage VPS plans from TNA Hosting, and the service has been impeccable. I haven't had to contact support for anything, because my VPS was provisioned immediately and hasn't had a moment of non-self-imposed downtime since I bought it!

It's very reasonably priced and really worth the money; I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

Price was right. Portal easy to navigate. Email to get started was informative, and was able to quickly get a VPS website up and running in less then an hour.
Creating a snapshot is a plus, although only 1 snapshot is allowed and need to delete the 1st one, before another is to be created. Allowing install from ISO image a plus. For a budget VPS, the 8mb of memory and 300gb disk size is more then adequate, and the 3 shared vCPU's appear to be responsive to my needs. So far TNAHosting has met my expectations.

I purchased a KVM VPS plan from TNAHosting expecting standard modern instruction sets, but the plan runs on ancient 2013-era hardware (Intel Xeon E5-2643 v2 Ivy Bridge) that lacks AVX2 support. Nowhere on their site or plan descriptions do they specify that you will be placed on CPUs well over a decade old.

When I contacted support to resolve the missing instruction sets, their reply times averaged around 24 hours per ticket exchange. Because of these long delays in troubleshooting, by the time support confirmed the hardware limitation and refused to migrate the VPS, they claimed my service had passed their strict 48-hour money-back guarantee window.

They refused to issue a full refund for a service that cannot run standard modern software, offering only account credit toward a costlier plan upgrade instead.

Pros: None

Cons: Ancient hardware (no AVX2), undisclosed CPU specs, slow ticket response times (24+ hours), rigid refund policy structured to run out during support troubleshooting.

Great value for money and very fast account activation. The VPS performs well, and I've experienced 100% uptime so far.

I genuinely can't think of any negatives. I'm extremely pleased with the service and grateful for the excellent experience. 🤗

You agents take over 12 to 24 hours to respond to simple queries.

I've only been using it for a month now, and the speed for a budget VPS is quite good on the network. Of course, it's not exactly high-speed, critical production, but it's perfect for development.

They offer hosting service at a rate that is very good value for money.

They handle your request and provide assistance promptly and professionally.
