I placed my order from the hand rolling…
I placed my order from the hand rolling section and received pipe tobacco. I don't smoke a pipe I roll cigarettes. This tobacco keeps falling off in hot lumps and making holes in my clothing.

My purchase was easy
My purchase was easy, but due to a stock error was no longer available. This was spotted by management. My money was returned and a suitable replacement was offered and delivered. Very good service.
