Todd Snyder Avis 

I am located in Canada and ordered a suit from Todd Snyder's Canadian website. Just before my purchases were shipped, Todd Snyder removed the suit pants from my order. I was advised that the Canadian website displays inventory only available to be shipped within the continental US, so a Canadian customer can order an item that isn't actually available but won't be informed until the order ships. This is a known issue but is not addressed anywhere on Todd Snyder's website. The possibility that part of the order will be canceled after ordering is also not addressed.

I have no need for a unmatched suit jacket and customer service had no idea whether the pants would ever be available to ship to Canada. The order had already shipped and I was told that I would have to pay for the return of the jacket myself, even though I ordered the suit as a set.

The frustrating part is that this could be easily solved by either letting me know whether the pants will be restocked and sending them then or by giving me a credit to payment to offset the shipping cost but Todd Snyder was unwilling or unable to do either of these.

I ordered the Foundation Sweatpant specifically for international travel. The package got stuck at the USPS Jersey City Distribution Center with zero movement past the promised delivery date.
When I contacted customer service, I was told to "contact the carrier directly." I did not choose USPS — Todd Snyder did. That responsibility is theirs, not mine.
I asked for two simple resolutions: open a USPS inquiry or reship via overnight FedEx given the circumstances. Both were refused. Instead, I was repeatedly told to wait 96 hours — a timeline that made any resolution impossible before my international departure.
When I mentioned disputing the charge, I was warned that filing a chargeback would mean they could "no longer assist." At that point there was nothing left to assist with anyway.
I had to file a PayPal dispute to get my money back. I've been a fan of the brand and the quality — but a brand is only as good as how it treats customers when things go wrong. This was a failure at every step.
Would not recommend purchasing if you have any time-sensitive need.

Well, I am a sucker for a bargain on beautiful clothing that fits, but was new to Todd Snyder. So I took a chance on these white, wide-whale Italian corduroy pants that were a final sale. Being 6‘5“/195 lbs, I have 56 years experience telling me that finding ANYTHING that fits correctly is a gamble, even when one knows the garment-maker. The online sizing tool was very useful in this regard, especially having multiple comparators with other makers’ sizing as a guide. The purchase could not have been easier online, and the pants arrived at hmy home here in Indianapolis very shortly thereafter. And… They fit and look amazing. The fabric is absolutely sumptuous. Thank you.

I bought my husband a pair of shoes from this company less than a year ago, and unfortunately they’re already coming apart. For the price and reputation, I expected them to last much longer. It’s disappointing to see the quality wear down so quickly. I really hope the company considers improving the durability of their products.

Almost everything in the store is my “style “ and the people working there are awesome . We didn’t even know the store was open we were just having lunch on 12 South and saw the new store . Bought an awesome pair of trousers . We will be back

Peter is a master stylist. He knows how to listen to what I am on the hunt for, and creatively nugdes me out of my comfort zone into fits I wouldn’t normally try, but end up loving. Fabric quality is luxe, and I always feel on trend without standing out too much in these clothes.

Support was great, but I ordered a trouser and added a tank top, and got only the tank top. The reason given to me was that the trouser was in a shop and they couldn't organise international shipping..? Ended up paying for a tank top more than double its price, with the shipping cost

The pants were great and look great. I love the unique color. The express shipping was essential for what I was purchasing these for and they showed up not just on time, but early.

The material feels stiff and the seams are slubbed due to the whale of the material.

I like that I could speak to customer service on a weekend. I like that he suggested I order a size small instead of medium(because the peacoat I ordered runs "large." However I think your website needs improvement, with better photos of products that show the textures of your products. Photos are also too dark.

Clothes more geared for younger men and seem overpriced as to some. I have had some mixed experiences with shirts holding up. But do like the sweater shirts and sweater polos.
