Credit card number stolen after purchase

I made a purchase this week from Toenic.com. The order was cancelled and I was refunded, but then the same day, my credit card number was stolen and used for an online purchase that wasn't me. Both their company and the stolen purchase came from Nevada. I have a feeling (after reading other reviews) that they are a scam and cancelled my order just to steal my credit card number.
BEWARE!!!!!!!

Terrible website to buy from.

I ordered a toy for my nephew for Christmas a little late (Dec 21st) but I thought he'll get it eventually. After new year I got a little worried it still hadn't arrived. I tried to find a way to check the tracking but there us no tracking number or option even though it says it I USPS Etracking. I emailed them, they said they'd look into it and I waited a few more days and no reply. I logged on to my account tonight and noticed that the status of my order is now cancelled. I doubt i'll get reimbursed after reading other reviews. I'd like to take this to the next level.

Terrible customer service and probably a scam

I typically do not right reviews but this scam of a company got so frustrated... I placed an order about 6 weeks ago. First, their products are at an inflated price (I'll the the blame there as I should have done my research before buying from them)
Second, After I received the item I had to call them and email them during two weeks to get someone to send the RMA to return the item. It has been over a 6 week period and I am not getting any response from them... Essentially they stole my money and kept the product... Someone needs to investigate this scam of company and shut them down

still waiting for the refund money to come back

ordered a tennis table cover in the beginning of september. it did not arrive. I asked for refund in the beginning of november by filling in form on toenic website. no record or acknowledgement followed. then I made a phonecall with the same result. finally I sent an email asking for cancellation and refund at the end of november. that must have worked a little. they did not reply, but checking order status in my account I can see that it is now closed and refund has been made, except I have not received this money. needless to say I do not expect to know from toenic when this happens. Awful business.

DO NOT ORDER FROM TOENIC!!!

I ordered a Christmas gift on Toenic well before Christmas! I was immediately sent an email that I would be notified as soon as it shipped. A full week later I had not received a shipping notification which got me concerned so I emailed customer service. I immediately received an email that they received my email and somebody would contact me shortly, though in small print it was clearly stated that the importance of my email was low.
3 days later, still no response so I called. I called for 2 days several times ion a row and never got anyone to answer the phone. I could not leave a message because their voicemail box was full. That is a HUGE red flag for a company!
FINALLY after almost two weeks of trying to get in touch with the company I was sent an email that my order was cancelled because the dealer they deal with said it was in stock, but in fact it wasnt. Upon further investigation of the company (which I should have done before I bought from them) it seems that cancelled orders is the one thing they are great at!!

So do not waste your time!

Cancelled order w/out notifying me

I waited 2 weeks after purchase for a shopping notification. When I didn't see one, I emailed them. When I didn't get a response, I logged on to PayPal to file a dispute. Didn't need to, they had already cancelled my order and didn't process my payment. How long ago? I don't know. now, I won't have time to order the item from somewhere else before Christmas.

They will cancel your order

They canceled my order because they do not stock what they sell. Apparently in my situation they don't even have a source for what they were selling. Very poor business practice. Buyer beware.

DON'T BOTHER

they cancel orders with no notice leads me to believe they sell items they do not actually have in stock. not worth the visit or time spent to place an order or worth giving out your information for out of stock items, recommemd you shop elesewhere.
