Great service. Quick at replying to messages, and supported me selecting caterers for my event! Will use them again

I’d like to start by saying our experience with Togather was no problem, this review is not about them however it is one of their suppliers and we are unable to leave a review on their page.

We had them booked for our wedding on Saturday the 6th September. We had paid in full before the date and had organised menu and timings etc. Then on the day of our wedding they sent us an email to say they won’t be attending due to a crack in the door of the van. It seemed like a poor excuse but above all that they made absolutely no attempt to try and support us in finding someone else they completely left us in the lurch. Also, they made no effort to contact us to make sure we had received the email they had sent at 8am on the day of our wedding, it could quite easily have been missed and we would have had no idea that our food was not turning up. All in all it was a disaster and I highly recommend not using them due to the pure disappointment we experienced when we did use them. After all this they did not want to give us our money back however Togather processed the refund and we did then get our money back.

We’ve used Togather a few times for office events, and it makes things so much easier. The platform is user-friendly, and their responses are always quick. I highly recommend Togather!

Great service, very accommodating. Food was made fresh on site and was very healthy and tasty. Portion size was very generous. We would definitely recommend and not hesitate to use again.

I booked and paid for a service through Togather for an event, but after payment I was informed by the supplier that they were never told about my booking and were unavailable. I am now two weeks out from my event, and despite contacting Togather multiple times, no refund has been issued and no suitable replacement has been provided.

This has caused significant stress and risk to my event. I cannot recommend this service until they can ensure bookings are actually confirmed with suppliers and that refunds are issued promptly when they fail to deliver.

Josh was very helpful and explain everything to me how to secure future bookings going forward.

As a wedding photographer I have been using Togather for around 3 years and had nothing but a positive experience. This week I had a booking cancelled by the customer with just a few days to go until the wedding. I should have been entitled to a cancellation fee, but the customer told Togather that I had agreed to them receiving my cancellation fee! Jade's customer service was amazing, from the moment she took control of the issue, she sent frequent updates to let me know what was happening all the way through to the resolution which ended with me being awarded the cancellation fee. She couldn't have given any better service. Top notch!

The best part was having so much dialogue before the event and got to sample some of the amazing food options before hand. Very much guided by Sam’s recommendations which were spot on. We got everything we wanted and more. Sam is totally professional and easy to work with and the food was Top Jaw !!
