I've been around on their website and I never really get anyone to talk to me. Except their AI responses. I got snapchat for that you know. Where's the support? All I see is people talking in echo chambers. Where's my community? I might as well head to X and vent over there.
Can't get past the sign up process because they won't allow you to set a password. It says there are missing characters when there are none. Can't get help if they won't allow access to their services...

Dreadful app. Online joined to see what it was about and now they won’t let me leave, close my account or delete my details. Every time I try I get an email that requires me to log into the website only to be told their “wall guide” can’t do it. Another ai disaster.
For few days now I have been trying to see someone to help me with my mental health but anytime I request an appointment and give those 3 dates I just get a message back saying they don't have available days, if there's no availability then why leave those days open why not just close those days instead of leaving students alone and like students can't get the help they are begging for, this system seams to be good solution but the way that there are being rejecting people, it's hard to realise that you need help and it's harder to reach out and ask for it but then it's dismotivating when you are being rejected, I do understand that they are busy but the whole requesting appointments could be improved like said earlier by actually closing the dates and the times that they counsellor is booked up fully as then it will be less disappointing when the councellor won't have the availability as it will be seen clearly what's available as the email system also doesn't work in my opinion like yes it shows the councellor that I'm looking for the help but then seeing that I need to wait 8 weeks to see someone it's really disheartening and in the 8 weeks no one knows the mental health could get worst and when I'm seeking the help I know its already bad and I'm trying to avoid the worst.
