Made giver & receiver very happy.
I read good reviews about Tognoli Florist in Yelp, so decided to give them a try. I ordered via their website, which was easy. I ordered after hours but delivery was still available for the next day.
The morning of delivery, I received a mssg which included photos of the actual arrangement they'd done. This is something I've never heard of a florist doing... it is a great idea! When you ordering flowers on-line, you are never quite sure if what the recipient received lived up to the photo on-line.
Tognoli provided text updates about delivery status & completion. My Mom was the recipient & was thrilled. The arrangement was healthy & vibrant. Several days later, she let me know how much she was enjoying the flowers. And she was so impressed that she called the shop directly to let them know they had a couple of very satisfied customers that would definitely be using them again.
