Quality seats and great potential for designs
Ordering process was simple and quick delivery. Quality is great. Design potential is limitless (could outsource to deviant or allow a mix and match of seat and lid or just a simple white seat+patterned lid etc.)
The instructions could be clearer, I just winged it after getting confused. Website layout could be more cozy to fit more products on one page (for FHD and laptop screens)

Design is awesome! However, overall build quality isn’t as good as seat that came with the toilet. Still good though.

Hi Phil, I just sent you an email. I'm sorry to hear that you still didn't receive your toilet seat. Your purchase was posted on the 30th of November - the day you made the purchase. It looks like AUSTRALIA POST is experiencing exceptional delays on the delivery, probably due to the Christmas period and recent flood events. I will keep monitoring and I have opened a ticket with Australia Post. I do sincerely apologise - this is really an exceptional circumstance.

Great service, everything arrived when they said, my only complaint would be that there was no tracking so I just had to hope for the best!

Product is as specified and looks great. I got mine with the print which is very vibrant. Perfect to inject some colour into my black and white bathroom. Delivery time was fantastic. Just two days.

Installation video and diagrams very easy to follow - maybe just need to emphasise that seat has a “quick release” button as I missed it at first - maybe just me.
