Just back from an unforgettable holiday at Concorde El Salam Hotel Sharm El Sheikh booked with Simon Hills and the team at Toll Gate Travel - A Hays Travel Franchise
From the first enquiry about 12 months ago Simon has been amazing, answering all our still questions finding this gorgeous hotel! Simon treated our booking as if it was his own holiday!
Also loved our Myte & Boo travel merch!
The hotel was fantastic, staff were attentive and the facilities were clean.

From start to finish they were amazing

From start to finish they were brilliant. The service was top notch. We had some really cool travel tags with our names on!
They beat the price we found and got us better flights and a much better room.
I would 100% use Simon again. Zero complaints!!

Hassle Free Holiday Booking

Just back from a fantastic trip to Cyprus, and once again the whole experience of booking through Toll Gate Travel was outstanding.

The entire process of organising and booking our holiday was completely seamless. It saved us hours of researching flights, hotels, and packages, as Simon took the time to find exactly what we were looking for. He recommended an amazing hotel that was not only perfect for us but also cheaper than anywhere else we had found ourselves.

From the initial enquiry right through to returning home, everything was handled effortlessly. Having someone take care of all the details removed the usual stress of planning a holiday, allowing us to simply look forward to our trip and enjoy every moment.

The excellent service, great value, and personal attention made all the difference. We have already booked our next holiday with Toll Gate Travel and would not hesitate to recommend Simon to anyone looking for a hassle free holiday. We will definitely continue booking with Simon in the future.

The first class service we received…

The first class service we received from Toll Gate Travel was so very apparent once we arrived at our hotel. The choice of our accommodation and the hotel was first class and excellent value for our money. We enjoyed a wonderful holiday. Thank you Simon and Toll Gate Travel.
