Oh my goodness, Katie at TOMM Jewellery has been extremely patient with me as a customer! From having a faulty earring to an address issue which these things happen! I have a few pieces of jewellery from Tomm now, love them all. Most special piece being a personalised necklace my husband bought me for my birthday last year with his and our children’s initials on. We have just had our 3rd baby and I wanted to add on our new little girls initial. I emailed Tomm to see if this was possible and received a quick response from the lovely Katie.

Katie has been amazing. I couldn’t ask for better communication and help throughout the full process from start to finish. My necklace has literally just arrived back and it’s absolutely perfect, I’m already wearing it with pride!
