I did not receive my order after more than one month and no one reply to my emails and inquiries through contact form online. Utterly disappointed. Felt like I have been scammed.

I ordered two protein powders (Banana &…
I ordered two protein powders (Banana & Vanilla) which are both delicious and have much better texture than you get elsewhere. Deliveries normally arrive in a day or two. However, on this occasion, nothing had arrived after a week, and when i checked my account, it said the order had been fulfilled. On contacting them (via email, as no phone number available), i got a reply back on Monday/Tuesday to say my email went in their junk folder (pretty poor, if this is the only method of communication). Anyhow, it turns out that the Vanilla flavour was out of stock and they had tried to contact me I did ask which method of contact this was (phone, email etc) but never got a response on this. I then suggested they deliver the Banana flavour now, while waiting for the Vanilla flavour, which they have since delivered.
I know there have been delays with delivery etc, my main area of concern was the communication (or lack of). I will put this down as a one off (for the time being) as I do like the product and haven't had such issues in the past.

Firstly, we do apologise for your experience, as you can see from previous customers this is not our normal practice. Unfortunately, there was an issue with your initial communications and for this we apologise and are looking in to why this happened. We do pride ourselves on the fact that we have an average response time of 2-4 hours with customers and a resolution time of less than 24 hours.
Regarding the Vanilla Protein as explained due to supply chain issues there was a delay in stock arriving of which this has now been solved. As soon as we got in contact with your products were shipped and delivered within 48 hours.
We are glad to hear you are enjoying the high-quality products and do hope you continue to do so.

Excellent service.
Excellent service, with great product information, good branding and prompt communication.
Product mixed really well and liked the flavour (coconut), but was far too sweet with artificial sweeteners. Would buy again if the range was available in pouches rather than tubs.
