Great products, received earlier than expected based on where the company is

I've had the opportunity to interact with the customer care team at Tom's, and they have been absolutely fantastic. My first pen from T ty pm's was a black Lumos Pro Demo, and during a clean up session I lost one of the pieces down the drain. I came back to ask about replacements, and Jade was able to point me to the right place to order one (I ordered 3, because, well). In another order, things had gotten held up in customs, and again, Jade took my issue and gave the little push needed to get it through. Since then, I haven't had issues, but I still occasionally have questions and they're easily handled via email.

Tom's designs are amazingly beautiful as well as functional. He's thought of solutions for folks with different experiences and their almost always a solution.

I have a bevy of Lumos in my studio, and a Wren which goes with me everywhere.

I'm fully on board with Tom's mission to rid the world of disposable plastic.

While I have many fountain pens, I'm looking at the little pocket studio fountain pen lately as a more convenient EDC along with the Wren.

I love Tom's studios products, they are such a great quality and priced very reasonably. The customer service is superb as well. Haven't really been needing any other pens for several years, definitely recommend!

Excellent service! Customer focused! One day turnaround from order to shipping! Paid for tariffs/customs/taxes! Includes swag (free custom made tea!) Packaging is top notch, very stylish for the brand! Quality products! So impressed with my Flourish pen holder, I ordered Lumos Pro refillable pen, and recently (even though it's a little pricey for me - I pondered for a couple of weeks) the Studio fountain pen! All sentences end with an "!" because I'm so impressed with this company!

I love this pen. Fairly new to Copperplate and had a cheap Chinese pen that didn’t hold the nib quite right for me. It is a whole different happy experience using this with a good nib too.

Very high quality and easy to use fountain pen

Great pens, beautifully packaged and fast delivery. I have 2 myself and have just bought the Fieldmouse pen as a gift for someone.

Tom’s Studio is the real deal. Their pens are beautifully made and a joy to write with. The new Ori highlighters have made me the envy of all my teacher friends here in the USA. Ordering is easy and delivery is speedy. Every order arrives beautifully packaged too. My only problem is deciding what I want to order next.

The Ori are the best highlighters I have ever had. They seem really made to last, feel great in the hand, have perfect weight and balance, and the metal colours are stunning. Premium quality. The shipment went well and received on time.

All the products I've ordered from Tom's Studio are fabulous. The quality of the pens is fantastic, the designs are unique and easy to use. The inks are lovely, with such variety to choose from. The new Ori highlighter line is great. The colors are vibrant and easy to get set up and use. I'll absolutely be recommending these to all my college friends. Delivery is always timely, even though they are shipping from overseas. The packaging is always in good condition. I really appreciate the company's goal for sustainability, and can see how that shines through in the quality of their products, and the packaging.

Ordering from Tom studio is always easy and smooth and the pen I received, the field mouse was beautifully packaged. The field mouse is such a cute pen and I love that it can be attached to a key fob as an everyday travel pen. Extra bonus that it is refillable:)

I'm an illustrator and have bought multiple Lumos pens so I could have multi-nibs with different ink colors on hand when drawing. I really love these, the quality is great and the customizability has made them my go to option.

Toms Studio produce excellent products beautifully machined and of the highest quality. I have several items from their range and appreciate the care that goes into everything they make. I particularly like the brass versions of the Lumos and Wren. I would like them to make a brass version of their Pocket Fountain Pen. We'll see.

This pen is absolutely gorgeous. The hand feel is incredible, and it is super easy to use. I love this pen so much, and I intend to buy more to meet additional needs.
Additionally, the staff at Tom's was incredible. They helped me get exactly what I wanted and the awesome starter kit. I appreciate their assistance and going above and beyond to give me an amazing product.

After a small issue with my Wren, it was solved very quickly and efficiently by the wonderful customer service.

Love everything about Tom’s studio! Super fast delivery to the United States, wonderful packaging besides the beautiful items

This was my third order from Tom's Studio and like the others it was everything I hoped for. I love the concept of refillable pens, especially the way these pens are designed. The highlighters were not something I expected, but am thrilled with. The vivid colors are perfect and the fact that they are refillable makes them so much better than any brand I can think of. They will be on my Christmas gifting list for sure this year!

These are really lovely products (I've tried the pencil and seen the Wren pen).

Service is great and the packing is lovely too.
