The abb system worked well initially and started to produced results for the first few months then it stopped working. I ordered and replaced the pads.

This product did not work properly from day 1. At best it gave a mild to medium tingle. The pads lasted 2 uses. When I complained they offered a 40% reduction or extra pads.They did send another control monitor but it had the same results. I refused and asked for a replacement or my money back on their 30 day guaranteed refund. I have contacted them on 5 further occasions to date and they do not respond. Do not buy from this company°
I have been trying to email you to cancel a standing order for gel pads. Every email I've sent has been rejected. This problem needs to be rectified. I am sending a letter to the Hong Kong address, requesting cancellation of the standing order, as I do not need any more gel pads.
My abdominal stimulator stopped working after two weeks. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement unit, but it’s not the unit only that’s a problem. The device doesn’t work even with a new unit. I asked for a refund which was denied.
The product was not comfortable from the start. It was a lot stronger on one side than the other. Other than the clear imbalance after a few weeks the pulses on one side started feeling more surface level instead of deeper and felt like shocks right on my skin. I contacted the company to see about a replacement and the conversation was going well and then suddenly they ghosted me. No response for two weeks now.
Bought the device. Declined subscription for gel pads. Still charged months later. Sold as made in America. Customer service is number in China where no one answers. Ripoff, stay away.
I only ordered the device. Although explicitly declining their subscription for additional gel pads etc, they still charged me for it.
Their support team assured me that I didn’t sign up for any subscription only to find another charge to my credit a few weeks later.
Absolute ripoff. Doesn’t work. Customer service will ghost you. Save your money and do your core training on a chair for free.
Seems a typical rip off. After submitting my card details, 5 minutes of deceptive bull not revealed before hand that you need to pay for sticky pads. Crap. Save your money. Truth in business matters! Once beaten twice shy.
The pads don't stick, went through 2 sets in a week. I've used a tens unit before which this uses similar pads and my tens unit lasts over a month while these do not. I contacted customer service and i informed them that their suggestion were something I already did when using the system and now they don't respond. Save your money and just work out. I barely used it for a week and now I can't use the system because they dont stay on with out holding them in place.This is a ripoff.

Jag köpte det tredelade paketet, för mage och armar.
Plattorna känns hemskt lågbudget och är gjorda av pappersliknande material och själva ström-apparaternas inbyggdabatterier räcker inte längre än 15 minuter innan de tar slut och behöver laddas, trots att de rekommenderar användande på 30 minuter för ett bra pass.
Jag var tvungen att köra dem på högsta styrkan direkt för att kunna känna att jag fick någon form av funktionalitet. Och då är jag både elkänslig och otränad.
Då jag insåg att jag inte skulle få någon returnering så provade jag köra dessa löpande (laddade två, använde en, och bytte var 15 minut) i ca 2-3 timmar. Men helt utan någon känsla av effekt efteråt.
Har kontaktat kundtjänst, men inte fått något svar.
Enligt deras returnpolicy så får man inte ha öppnat paketet öht om man ska kunna returnera.
