Tonic Vault frequently fail to provide emailing communication verifying dispatched items with courier tracking numbers and if it goes to the wrong house or safeplace it will get stolen by the wrong household. However, with shipping dispatchments their emails give record of tracking numbers and make you aware of is on its way. I waited 3 weeks and never got a shopping tracking number and when it was finally shipped, I was not emailed to be made aware of this. I do not have money to throw away, and neither do you.

So I used tonic vault for the 1st time i paid for 14g of pineapple and 28g of Northern lights paid the £5 delivery 1-3 days this was on a Monday couldn't track the parcel the hole time told me would be Thursday still no information to track it emailed them twice asking where my parcel was no reply, then Friday its just on the floor outside my door, the parcel had 1 sealed bag says it was 42grams upgraded to premium dont have clue what it is dont even know the weight of it, the flower is nice I must say but really damp and its just not what I wanted I chose 2 different flavours for a reason, so im a putting this review on here as I still havant had a email response👍

Very good and on time

Over my last three orders, I’ve had to follow up each time regarding shipping. My most recent order was for 28g of Bruce Banner. I am very familiar with this strain and its quality, and what I received was not Bruce Banner. The product was low quality, despite being charged a premium price. This raises concerns about consistency and honesty, which appear to be declining.

Stuff is disgusting it tastes like smoking hey or some herbs!! Guality is bad never smoked worst bud in my life it ment to be pineapple and its more like smoking pepper herbs the there is more stems than the bud its self and few of the buds had mould on it !!! Utter disgrace! Packaging so bad too and named with a marker 🤣Never buying from this company again

Item says delivered not received my full order and I haven't received either my money back or my parcel.

What I got sent was nothing like what it was advertised then contacted though email about it and after brief conversation about sending a better bit I got ignored so not good really after all the good stuff I hear about the company quite disappointed
