Personal help from a very friendly and knowledgeable person at the end of the phone, simple online ordering, and delivery was incredibly fast ... less than 24 hours. Exceeded expectations in every way. No issues with the order, so no idea what their returns or post sales customer support is like, but based on this experience I imagine that they would be very good.

The roller standards is perfect, easy to set up & take down for storage, for the price I definitely recommend .. also how fast & responsive to customer care is excellent... I took 1 star* away for the use of Dpd courier service as their policy is to just leave ur parcel out in the open with lil notification time where is can be stolen & in time's of high crime it is'nt good enough..

The part I ordered was not in stock. I recieved a phone call to inform me of that and it would be at least a week, if I was in a hurry, I could cancel it. As I was not in a rush, I waited. Maybe companies should do this instead of having customers waiting for the part to arrive. Part was perfect, top class
