Good, easy transaction but the dowels I ordered were not as perfectly round as i was expecting and will require sanding to suit my purpose.

I ordered two carpentry planes. One was out of stock and I *immediately* got a friendly email offering either: a) to send it separately when it was in stock at no extra shipping cost or b) to substitute with a higher priced alternative - but offered at the same price as the out-of-stock item. The prices were competitive with other sites and the items arrived promptly. Very happy with the service.

Ordered a Tormek T7, arrived next day complete with the additinal free jigs, the decision maker to go with this supplier, however they were the wrong ones, a phone call and immediatly rectified they sent the correct set of jigs and asked that I hand the incorrect ones to the courier when the new ones arrived, next day.
Never judge a company by their mistakes only their solutions.
