We ordered 10 transmission shipping containers from this company when they said they had 11 in inventory on 3-4-20. When theses containers had not arrived the next day as the site had promised we let it go. We came in next Monday (3-9-20) assuming they would show up and had perhaps been delayed in shipping. Monday afternoon we called to find out where our product was and was told they didn't have all 10 in inventory and that's why they had not shipped. We were then told 9 of them could be shipped that day and would be shipped next day air. here it is 3-14-20 and none of the product has shipped, when I called customer service I was just given pathetic excuses about how it was the manufacturers' fault. we will never order anything through this company again due to the business we lost because of their inability to follow through with fulfilling their obligations.

This is a replacement light for another light my husband uses frequently. It is light weight and is easy to use. The price for this light was very competitive and the product arrived quickly, well packaged and in excellent condition.

Next time we will need tools we will definitely check Toolsid website.

Ordered in stock tool on a Sunday, clearly stated ships Monday, arrives Wednesday. Tool ordered was needed for Thursday morning. On Wednesday morning at 7am I contacted Toolsid via chat to cancel the order since it still hadn't shipped. I was going to order from Amazon with same day shipping for a few more dollars. The guy on chat assured me it was shipped and would be arriving on time today, the order could not be cancelled, and he would send me tracking info. At 5:30 I called and they said it was just shipped and will be here Thursday. When they finally sent me tracking, the label was created while I was on the phone with customer service and shows Friday delivery. The customer service reps have no problem lying to you or deceiving you. Do not buy from this company.

When I spoke to customer service about a return, they issued credit for me in a timely manner. The product I ordered was an LED light that is fantastic-durable and practical.

Outstanding service. They went out of there way to make sure I was getting what I needed when there was a problem with an item secsription.

Item (N95 respirator) was showing in stock, and the agent on the phone still processed my payment and promised that the item would be shipped on the same day and arrive in three days. Five days later I checked in and was told that the item was out of stock. I will not buy again from ToolsID.com, and will advise you to stay away as well.

Ordered when there’s like 200+ in stock and verified that it is in stock. Then I changed a shipping address, nightmare came!! It kept asking me for bank verification, address verification for more than 3 business days!!! I slimiest felt it’s a scare company. Then during my last call to do verifications, they told me it’s out of stock! And, canceled my order..... okay, this is a really waste of time doing all those verification and then being told item out of stock. I’ve never been as mad as this time. I will never come back to this website again! Be careful about your information, I don’t even know if this is really not a scam... Let’s see how it goes with all the money for ‘verification’ deducted from my back....

Call and ordered items to make sure inventory was in. Rep stated 8 were in inventory and I needed only two. This was a Tuesday. As of Friday morning, no tracking number. When I checked order status online, now order is backordered. Called in to verify and yes, they say order is on back order status. Card was charged without shipping my order. Cancelled order and cancel all future orders with this company, toolsid.com and now also carid.com. Very dishonest company for such great reviews...must have employees reviewing all these sites.
