Guys they are fraud service. Once you pay the,m after that service is not activated, they told to pay and communicate in WhatsApp , but in WhatsApp they dont support if you ask for a refund, they block your account from WhatsApp.

2. Unresponsive Customer Service: The next major concern is the complete lack of accountability from their customer support. Reaching them is nearly impossible, and even when attempts are made, there is either no response or an unhelpful one.

3. Defective Products and Returns: If you are unfortunate enough to receive a defective product, be prepared for a nightmare. The return process is practically non-existent. Customer service refuses to engage meaningfully, and in most cases, they shamelessly ignore complaints.

4. Denial of Responsibility: On the rare occasion that you do get through to a representative, they outright deny the possibility of exchange, return, or refund. At best, they may pass you the manufacturer’s contact number, conveniently shifting the responsibility elsewhere instead of resolving the issue themselves.

5. Product Quality vs. Service: To be fair, the products themselves are of decent quality and reasonably priced. However, the exhausting ordeal from delayed shipping to after-sales negligence makes the overall experience one of the worst compared to other sellers in the market.

In conclusion, the mental stress and frustration caused by ToolBuy’s lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care overshadow any benefit their pricing may offer. What should have been a simple purchase turned into unnecessary harassment and a deeply dissatisfying experience.

Total waste of money. I signed up with Toolzbuy for SEMrush access – it worked for about 2 hours, then the whole thing just kept redirecting me back to SEMrush’s own login page. The reason is obvious: they’re just flogging one shared account, SEMrush catches on, and then you’re locked out. No real “access,” no stability, nothing.

When I asked for a refund, they ignored me. Classic scammy behaviour. They know it’s unstable but still take your cash anyway. Don’t be fooled – these so-called group buy tools aren’t reliable, they’re against SEMrush’s terms, and you’ll end up with nothing to show for it.

Avoid Toolzbuy. Just wankers reselling broken logins with zero support.
