Account Locked, Profits Reversed, and No Complete Evidence Provided
I had used TOP1 Markets / TOP ONE Markets for several years and had previously been able to trade and withdraw normally. However, my experience changed completely after two major incidents in May 2026.
On May 13, 2026, I opened a long position on XAGUSD at 86.616. Only three seconds later, the position was forcibly closed at 86.016, causing a loss of USD 3,000. The platform claimed there was no abnormal pricing and said its quotes were basically consistent with the market. However, the comparison chart provided by the platform itself showed prices around 86.6 and did not clearly show where the 86.016 closing price came from.
The same incident also affected my USOIL position, which was forcibly closed and caused an additional loss of USD 3,627.44. The platform later offered USD 3,000 as “special compensation” to maintain the customer relationship, but did not provide a clear explanation for the related USOIL loss.
Two days later, after I made profits from USOIL trading and submitted a withdrawal request, the platform suddenly claimed there had been abnormal liquidity provider pricing and reversed approximately USD 32,483 of my profits. My withdrawal was cancelled.
At the time of trading, the orders were executed normally. There was no warning, no suspension, and no immediate notice of abnormal pricing. The issue was only raised after I requested a withdrawal.
Afterwards, my account was restricted, and I could no longer access my full trading history. I repeatedly requested complete evidence, including tick-by-tick quote records, liquidity provider reports, the source of the 86.016 silver price, and the basis for reversing my profits. So far, I have not received complete and independently verifiable evidence.
In my opinion, the biggest problem is not simply trading loss or profit. The real issue is transparency and fairness. If a platform can reverse profits, cancel withdrawals, restrict account access, and fail to provide complete evidence after a dispute, investors should carefully consider the risk.
I hope TOP1 Markets / TOP ONE Markets will provide a full explanation, complete trading records, and a fair resolution.

1. First the stupid rule of 3 minutes. Say what..? This is done to ensure you will never gain profit. I scalp , especially during news releases
2. When my account made over 100% within the week, they blockedy login without any email or a call. When contacted CS, they said illegal operations. Well, if you losses,nothing illegal. If you win, every trick on the booksz the will apply. If you are really legit A book.., this won't be the case
I have moved on to other broker, which have zero spreads, 4cts per 0,01 lots and maximum 1 minute withdrawal.

Minimum trading time 3 minutes - how this possible all over the world liquidity providers requirement for holding trade is 9 milliseconds, but for this broker is 3 minutes because they are not STP they are B book broker (it means they are not forwarding trade to LP/aggregators/banks etc)

Top1 took all the profits without any email or explanation.
I am a customer of Top1 with account number 1116965. I started depositing money to trade NGAS almost two weeks ago and was invited to use bonuses or overnight fee reimbursement programs. But I did not participate in any of them. I traded very normally without any errors and achieved a profit of 5582 USD. Then they suddenly closed my account without any notification or anything. When I contacted customer support via live chat to ask why my account was locked, they told me to figure it out myself, then banned me without further explanation. I ask, is this a scam? No email or notification, and suddenly they lock the customer's account and take the customer's profits. I hope the community can take note and stay away from Top1. I hope someone can help me get back the above amount. Thank you.

They repeated same sentence and never replied as a human. They reply as robot and repeated same lines. If did scalping so cut scalping amount why cut my all profit. They are doing scam.
