Just kind and amazing !! I texted worried and got answers straight away unlike the NHS. So reassured and couldn’t have asked for better in any way. Was worried and they paid for a scan privately at my local scan place to make sure I was safe and because I was very anxious. Couldn’t have been better . Like texting / messaging a friend who is a doctor.

Extremely easy service to use. Doctor was very knowledgeable and empathetic. Zero judgment and always available for any additional support.

Doctor Aka has saved me in my most urgent situations, as always prompt responses and he has made the impossible possible for me during the hard times. I had an excellent service. I was able to have a consultation within the same day. The doctor was kind, helpful and knowledgeable.
He answered my late night call when I needed to talk through some of the process and gave reassurance.

Really compassionate and responsive. I had a really poor experience with MS and decided to contact Top at Home. Phonecall went straight through to a consultant and I had my medication the next day. If you are anxious or not feeling heard, this is a much more patient focused option

My experience was really good with Top at Home, the doctors were really sensitive and compassionate. The whole process was really quick and got an appointment the same day.

With it being a private doctor I was a bit weary but the man was so lovely, informative and even checked up on me afterwards twice. I felt at ease and my worries were quickly put aside! I would 100% recommend. An amazing doctor so kind and caring.

Quick, caring, trustworthy at time of real need

I would really recommend TOP at home if you are looking for private TOP. They are excellent if you're wanting faster treatment. They are really supportive and respond to messages and phone calls really quickly. They are very reassuring and make you feel at ease when going through the process. Dr Aka made the process feel like a normal medical treatment which took a lot of the stress out of it. I feel very grateful I was able to do this as early as I did with the help of TOP at home and minimise the difficulty of the situation.

Being in Scotland, things move at a slower pace within the NHS. When I discovered that I'd actually gotten pregnant (despite having taken a morning after pill) I was panicked - having experienced a stillbirth some years ago, the idea of going into a clinic or having ultrasounds was terrifying. I found Top at Home and they immediately provided an incredible service, saving me from so much unnecessary trauma had I gone through the NHS. Yes it's private, and yes there are fees, but for me this was completely worth it. They value how important time is in these scenarios, and get your medication to you quickly. They also value your health, ensuring to check in with you throughout the day to see how you are doing. There is absolutely zero judgement from the doctor, and you feel truly safe with them. I obviously hope I'll never have to do this again, but if I were ever in this situation I'd absolutely come to Top at Home.

The only critique I'd give is that it would be nice to have branded packaging, but that's being very picky.
