Auto-Renewed Without Consent, Poor Fulfillment, No Refund
I subscribed to TopDawg’s Premier plan but stopped using the service shortly after due to poor fulfillment — frequent order cancellations, extremely delayed deliveries, and in some cases, no delivery at all. These issues nearly cost me my marketplace accounts due to late shipment metrics and customer complaints.
Despite this, TopDawg auto-renewed my annual plan without my consent, and when I reached out to cancel, my request was denied. I was still charged through October even though I hadn’t been actively using the platform. After exhausting all options, I filed a chargeback, and in response, they terminated my account and refused any refund or resolution.
This experience was both financially and operationally damaging. Sellers beware — TopDawg’s fulfillment issues can put your business at risk, and their billing practices are predatory at best.

Your account records show that you enrolled in a paid annual Premier membership, which includes clear details about our auto-renewal policy and cancellation process in our Terms of Use. Renewal notifications are also sent to the email address on file before billing occurs.
After your renewal, our system confirmed continued use of the platform, including multiple product orders and catalog activity, which indicated the account remained active. Once a chargeback was filed through your bank, your account was automatically closed per our standard policy, as we’re unable to maintain access for accounts involved in active disputes.
We take fulfillment reliability and transparency very seriously and work closely with thousands of verified U.S. suppliers to ensure fast, accurate deliveries. We’d be glad to review your specific orders in more detail—please contact us directly at support@topdawg.com

They have bugs in the import tool. Csv files do not load into Shopify. Not worth the effort and time wasted on it. Move on. There is no gold in Alaska. Those who sell shovels will make money, not you. Stop being stupid like me!

Thank you for your feedback. The issue you described with CSV imports was identified in early 2023 and has since been fully resolved. Our integration tools have been rebuilt to ensure smooth, automated syncing with Shopify and other major eCommerce platforms.
