We had a great experience with Henry. We’ve just had a newborn and were really worried about how our dog would cope. She used to bark at everyone walking past and react to car doors, vans, and any doorbells, even the neighbours.

Henry immediately put us at ease and showed us clear ways to train out those behaviours and build better ones instead. It’s been effective from day one, and our dog is already much calmer and easier to manage.

The aftercare has been great too. Henry has been checking in regularly to see how she’s progressing, which really shows how much he cares about getting the best outcome.

We’d definitely recommend him to anyone struggling with barking or reactive behaviour. It has made such a difference for us.

We recently had a session with Henry to help with our almost five-month-old puppies, Louie and Toby — and I’m honestly blown away by how much progress we made in just over three hours. The pups and Henry clicked instantly.

Together, we created a plan to start crate training. I was initially hesitant, but Henry clearly explained the how and why, and it all made perfect sense for my boys. We also worked on recall and obedience training, how to reduce nipping/jumping, reviewed their diet and made a few adjustments, and discussed every concern — big or small — including how to make walks more enjoyable.

The walks guidance has been a total game changer. Toby can be quite nervous outdoors and easily distracted by people and noises, but with Henry’s guidance, he’s already showing amazing improvement in staying calm and focused. I’m finally looking forward to our walks again 😊

After just three hours, the puppies are coming when called, toileting outside, relaxing comfortably in their crate (something I never thought would happen!), and mastering commands like “sit,” “stand,” “down,” and “spin.”

I couldn’t recommend Henry highly enough — I finally feel confident that I have the tools to teach, guide, and care for my puppies in the best way.

Henry was absolutely brilliant with my puppy. He was patient, professional, and tailored the training perfectly to our needs. Thanks to him, my pup has made amazing progress and is much more confident and well-behaved. I highly recommend Henry to anyone looking for an excellent dog trainer!

Henry is absolutely amazing at what he does. He came to help me with my 5 year old Cockapoo, Benji. He helped us with learning some house rules such as excessive barking, barking at people walking by my window if I had blinds open, when the bell rings, when hoovering and when new people come into my home. He also helped with Benjis tendency to be possessive over his toys where it was difficult for me to take his toys from him. He walked us through each scenario and Benji is no longer barking excessively, he knows house rules, he drops his toys when I command, I can leave my blinds open & he no longer barks out the window, much better at walking on the lead and is comfortable being is his own space also and just an all round calmer dog.
To say Henry is brilliant is an under statement. I've been to other trainers before as well but Henry was deffo a game changer.

"We couldn’t be happier with our 1-to-1 training Henry provided for our dog, Nova (6 months old at the time) in our home. He had a calm and knowledgeable approach which made the sessions really enjoyable and effective for all of our family. Nova is quite a large dog so we wanted her to fit in with the family and have ease in the process. Not only did Henry work wonders with Nova, but he also made sure we were equipped with the skills and understanding to continue implementing the training at home after he left and to also use some of these skills with our older dog (7 years old). We were left feeling very confident, supported by Henry knowing that we can contact him in the future if there's anything that we need to ask him, we are very impressed with the results so far. Approximately 12 weeks post training. We still have a long way to go regarding Nova's training as she is still very young, but we know if anything arises that we're concerned about Henry would have no hesitation in helping us with the issues, which gives us great confidence for the future and for our dog.

Terrible customer service, first off their website is not formatted correctly, trying to charge me extra before telling me. Shouting me down on the phone when I emailed them about it. Free shipping was automatic when I bought a toy for my dog but 7 minutes later I get an email saying they are going to cancel my order and cause me hassle just because their website is not scripted correctly, making me wait 10 days to get my money back. Shocking service.

Do not buy from them.

Update: if you try to give them a negative review they will lie and act as if you were the one getting angry, when really they were the ones to shout you down.

Lied about me "taking a chance" no I didn't the website automatically did that.

At the end of the day it may be good for training but the website is terrible, no excuse.
