Patricia our agent went above and…
Patricia our agent went above and beyond in finding us home owners insurance with a much lower cost than what our previous insurance company (Citizens) was going to charge us. Then she went to work on our auto insurance and even though our current auto insurance was the best for us we had her take over that as well.

Lowest price but incompetent broker
The agent we ended up with through our mortgage broker is completely sloppy and gives incomplete information with complete lack of accountability. Currently working on replacing the broker in charge of the policy.
