In october 2023 i bought an rc trainer (plane) that started my love for the hobby. It arrived in a week, but the batteries seemed not to work. They only lasted 5 minutes, but i took some of my old plane batteries, and attached those with some ductape, and now it works fine

I recently purchased several TopRace toys for my kids, and I must say, I’m thoroughly impressed! Here’s a breakdown of my experience:

The pricing is reasonable for the quality you receive. I feel like I got great value for my money, especially considering the durability and educational benefits of the toys.

Terrible customer service and they will keep your items without proper compensation.

The Crane arrived minus one of the small cables that connects the Turret to the Controller. Emailed several times with No response - I offered to pay for the Cable that they never shipped... look on their Web Site under spare parts and almost every single item say Sold out. This so-called company is a 100% SCAM operated by a bunch of Con artists! FU Bottom Race

SCAM,SCAM,SCAM.I bought my son a robot,for Christmas.It arrived,worked great,once.When it needed charging,it didn't have a charger.(Supposed to be in a compartment in robot).Contacted Toprace.They sent a replacement charger.After charger came,the robot has never again.Emailed Toprace,no response.My son played with it only once.Units not charging, seems to be an ongoing problem.Please don't buy from this company,they will take your money,and you will receive junk.

Horrible company...they take your money and disappear. Don't bother trying to call...you will never reach anyone...email gets you auto response...do not order from this scam.

Horrible company!!! They do not stand behind their products!!!

My Grandson and I were assembling their DIY Robotic Arm, and we discovered the directions were wrong (something we later found numerous others had posted about in reviews on their website).

Their error made it impossible to fix the problem without snapping off the small connectors on the ends of two wires.

When we contacted them, they basically told us to "F** Off" and to contact the retailer.

Ordered a replacement part that showed in stock on web site. Waited only to find out it wasn't in stock. Received a refund and received an email saying they had one left in stock if I wanted it. Ordered it again and received an email saying it was shipped on March 9 of 2022 along with an USPS tracking number. Today is the 21st of March and still no package. I sent another email asking for my package and was told the warehouse crew was getting it ready to ship asap!! I Sent copies of the emails I received from the company stating it was already shipped and have received no answer. Beverly was great. Company has no idea what it is doing.Have asked for a refund.

Have called and emailed customer service repeatedly for 2 weeks straight . No response . Their item did not work correctly out of the box . When I call customer service this generic voice says leave a message, half way into leaving a message it hangs up on you . I have called and left messages at least 3 times. Emails go unanswered. Poor way to do business.

Buyers Beware,

This company does not have a high standard of customer service in fact it's the opposite. I placed an order on their website as they offered a 12/14 ship date. Low and behold I am having to chase down customer service, I was finally able to reach somebody on 12/18 and given an apology due to Christmas rush but guaranteed a delivery of 12/24. I tried numerous times to get in touch with customer service yet again via phone email chat you name it not once could they be bothered to return any of my messages and guess what a child's gift from SANTA never arrived. They don't even bother to return voicemails or emails. the customer service line is a joke as nobody ever answers it it's the same BS voice mail.

Not normally one to write a review I am so impressed with the excellent customer care I’ve recently received from Top Race I really want to give praise where it’s due.....
I purchased a remote controlled excavator about 10 months ago Unfortunately it developed a fault
I contacted Top Race, who responded immediately, and sent a part straight away which they thought would fix the problem
Unfortunately the part didn’t solve the issue. I advised Top Race who immediately arranged next day delivery of a replacement
I would definitely recommend Top Race as even when there’s a problem, which must happen anywhere occasionally, their customer care is exemplary.

Horrible customer service. My ordered was returned and I have called and talked to 2 different agents and sent 2 emails. No response to my emails and no refund

Ordered 2 boats for Christmas. 3 days later got a cursory email to say they have no stock and order is cancelled. Pretty poor service and stock management, i'd avoid.

I got my boat as a Christmas present and didn't use it till March when I went to Florida. The boat didn't run correctly and I went to there web site for sales and texted the problems I was having on a Saturday. Monday I had a text from a customer service worker named Beverly. She asked me if I could send us a short video of the problems and they would determine what to do. The next day she emailed me for my order number and said that a new boat was being sent to replace the defective one. The customer service is great, it's easy to get in touch with them and they stand behind their product. I highly recommend this company

I bought a walking, talking Robot from them as a Christmas gift for my 18 month old grandson. It is his favorite gift. Their products are fair priced and great! I would definitely recommend them!

We bought a remote control plane for our sons birthday which worked well for some three weeks then the motor failed. I contacted Adam at Top Race who asked us to send details, and upon receipt he would send a replacement. He didn't ask to return the plane just to confirm the problem . Approximately a week later (Christmas post) the new plane arrived. Top Race paid the postage and no charge was made. What excellent customer care! Well done Adam and thanks to Top Race.

Dreadful company and Service
Placed order on 12th Aug - no delivery
phoned - no answer
phoned again - said I was chasing order - told another would be sent same day. - Nothing arrived
Chased again - explained situation, agent hung up.
eventually got Becky on webchat who said they would sort it - item arrived today. No one answers the phone with company name - when I asked if it was Top Race, they just kept asking - what do you want !!! -terrible company and service - thank god for Becky - i will never use again. Let 's just hope the RC car is worth the wait.

When I first got my rc car, I charged it, turned it on, and something very peculiar occurred. The car's wheels would spin at full speed, and the remote had no control over it. It stayed like that forever, and I had to pay MORE money to ship it back for a refund. I thought I could trust Top Race, but now I know I cannot.
