Just what I needed
I was needing a specialized piece so I contacted them. Ruby worked to find what I needed and got an invoice for the part sent to me so I could purchase the part instead of having to buy a whole set! Thank you.

I bought the wrong light kit for my safe. It had a switch instead of a motion sensor. My bad. Customer service got back to me a resolved the issue promptly and I bought a sensor. All good!

I was looking for a discontinued…
I was looking for a discontinued ceiling can light but had no luck until a sales rep named Ruby answered my email. Ruby FOUND the light for me, and was so helpful, kind and cheerful…. I couldn’t believe my luck! Usually you get a computer generated blanket statement to your email request… Not with this company!! I got a real helpful person. I am so happy now to have all of my overhead lights match. You can’t go wrong with this company. They have great customer service.

Multi Color Under-Cabinet LED Light Set
This is the first time I used Torchstar, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The product arrived timely; however, I was disappointed when one of the light kits did not work. Additionally, I wasn’t sure how easy it would be to deal with their customer service. I reached out, provided the information they required, and a service rep named Irish worked diligently to replace a light kit in a timely manner. The lights are installed, and we are very happy with them. I would do business with Torchstar again.

Did not have to purchase a large volume…
Did not have to purchase a large volume as I am not a contractor. Looked at many sites for the replacement lights but all required purchase of many items when I only needed two. So, went directly to manufacture and they accomodated my order directly and quickly. Thank you.

I purchased a battery powered trouble…
I purchased a battery powered trouble light. I have purchased this light several times before and love it.
The problem is there was only one left available and I wanted more; I don't know if they are just out or have discontinued them.
