I ordered the wrong jacket and the exchange was speedily and very pleasantly agreed. The replacement item became the subject of supply chain issues. Nothing daunted Tornado sought a similar item form a competitor, organised the money transfer and the details of the order, again speedilyand very pleasantly. I cannot recommend Tornado highly enoug; customer service at its best.
