Wrong product delivered, no response on any email sent.

Customer Service is lacking. We can not get anyone to reply to an email to exchange or return an item. The phone line is not a good number.

My wife loves the quality. Nice color and build.

Well, it’s my own fault for not doing my research first. Like all the reviews say don’t do business with them. Items are not stocked and customer service is non existent. Reporting fraud to my card company.

I didn’t receive my shipment and you didn’t respond to my email.

I still have not received the return label

I’ve tried to get a return authorization from you for over a week. No response. Worst company ever.

I have been a Toronata customer for some time and have always appreciated the quality of your products. Unfortunately, my most recent order experience was disappointing.
I placed an order for an iPhone 17 Pro Leather Wallet Case on 5 January 2026, but I received no shipment confirmation for several weeks, despite sending a couple of emails to the info desk at Toronata. By the end of January, I was becoming concerned that something had gone wrong. Fortunately, on 30 January, I finally received notification from FedEx that the order had been dispatched, and the product arrived on 3 February.
I have no issue with the product itself — as expected, the quality is excellent, and I have happily used similar Toronata cases for years. However, the lack of communication regarding the delivery delay was frustrating.
I would strongly encourage improvements in customer communication, particularly when orders are delayed, so customers are kept properly informed.

Here is how to get your money returned from Toronata. The return box does not work on their website so use the chat feature next to the return box. In your comments mention there is a 14 day return policy, list the date you are returning the item. Copy and save your comments and the Toronata customer service response which says they will get back to you. Now call your Credit Card Company and Dispute the charges and send the copy of your chat message to your Credit Card Company. I received the money back from my Credit Card Company. Do not do business with Toronata. Awful company preying on consumers not to dispute the charges on their credit card.

I need help exchanging an item I purchased. The only contact method you provide is the info@… email address. I have sent 6 emails to that address and not received a single response.

Wong item ship. No response to return process. No way to contact them, they don't reply to emails, #invalid phone number, zero customer service, impossible to get an exchange or refund, I received another case that doesn't fit with my phone (way too small). Several other customers are in the same situation as me, judging by their Facebook page.

I having been trying to return a unopened item within the 14 day return policy window. Your return webpage box does not work. I sent two messages through the Toronata webpage to get a RAN number through your chat box with no answer. Awful customer service!

the item was great quality but i received the incorrect item.
there is no number to speak to someone directly. i left 2 emails to send the correct item. obviously, we have now missed Christmas.

Two weeks went by with no shipping and customer service doesn't respond to inquiries.

Paid for express shipping, its now 10 days after it ships and they are telling me to wait..The customer support is a joke. They use AI to handle any chat and its almost impossible to get a human response. The refund page is full of errors. "7/24" support? Not here.
