Tortilla Avis 

Hello, I am a long standing customer of Tortilla. I was one of the 1st customers is the Stratford City & the delicious guac was my son’s very first food. Needless to say, the food in the Stratford City branch (in comparison to other branches) is marvellous & un-matched, ESPECIALLY THE CHICKEN!!! Recently, my family & I noticed the chicken has changed and IT IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! My kids won’t even eat it. It has NO TASTE and is completely flavourless. Can I ask why it has changed? Can you PLEASE bring back the grilled chicken!?

Chris and Oystein at the Manchester Piccadilly train station tortilla were fab! Attentive and they were a bundle of joy! Cam is probably nice too but we don’t know him! Please go there if you’re ever waiting at the station xx

Excellent service from Stephany today she was soo nice and friendly.

We ate at Tortilla in Westfield, White City this lunchtime.
Food was excellent, team were efficient and fun. The guy managing the floor was super-attentive his name was Meetu.

Southwark branch - staff said they can only offer NHS discount with a blue badge even though the website says with valid NHS ID as well. I showed him this and he still shrugged his shoulders and said his till only says blue badge?! Disappointed that customer services never responded to resolve.

I ordered a naked burrito grilled veg. bowl… My food had chicken in it. I ordered from Deliveroo on order No. xxxx. Both parties blame each other and that there is nothing they can do further. The delivery partner gave me a £5 credit for missing out on lunch and going against my religious beliefs by eating the item with meat in it.

Wow....just visited to tortilla london bridge....the one on the corner on my lunch. The food is always great. Good value.....healthy food (i think.) Either way the food is way healthier than over priced, small portionedgreacy alternatives in the city. But this visit was different becuase of Zizi. She was incredible. So polite, kind, helpful and cheering. I hope youll be considered for her managment. At the very least she should be training new staff om how thungs should be done!!

Follow up to my very bad experience at Bath branch where my pulled pork burrito had a sharp bone fragment. I was immediately contacted by customer services after posting my review advising they would issue a refund. That was over a month ago which never came through, they now completely ignore my emails and feedback. So Tortilla food is disgusting and their customer services are at the same dire standard as their food, I highly advise NOT to use Tortilla.

Lucia at Clapham Junction was awesome! Ask for her when you order a quesadilla. Lovely, fast and friendly service.

Moe served me in your Durham store. Chalkier my birthday burrito asked him to pick me this time as I always go for the same old.
He was so friendly and I rate the burrito 10/10 will defo have again.

i love this restaurant normally, but the one at Russell Square in London was awful. all the beans had dried up, was left standing at the till for 5 mins with no one speaking to me. will not be going back to this specific location again.

Been going to the Brighton Tortilla for years. Great food, great staff. Fantastic burritos.

I went to tortilla today and ordered a burrito. First of all it was a very long wait…When I received my burrito the chicken was raw!!!! It was not even slightly cooked it was red raw. It also tasted musty and like it had been smitten for days on end in that manky fridge. The worst part is they charged £6 for this rank rotten burrito.
Absolutely devastating!!!!

I do always have a lovely experience in tortilla with my family. The food is delicious and has a good variety of vegetables, beans and meat

Staff is friendly, and always offer me a smile which makes my day
