To start off, it’s run by unprofessional 18-20 year olds who have zero business experience whatsoever outside of selling fake watches.

I am in communication with over 25+ of their members all of which have left the platform after being scammed.

They do not have safe gambling protocols in place and are not compliant per gambling laws. If you have a gambling problem, they will allow you to continue wagering, and you could be losing millions of dollars and they have no compliance team that steps in and asks questions.

they lie about their rewards. if you hit certain benchmark wager levels, the rewards they claim you get are not what you will get.

their games glitch out constantly and steal your money and support does absolutely nothing to step in and correct this.

the biggest legal hurdle they will face is the fact that they openly advertised and urged their members to gamble as much as possible regardless of whether it was wreckless or not. They did this by promising a token airdrop relative to how much you gambled. the more you gambled, the larger the airdrop you get.

this airdrop was promised over 12 months ago all with verifiable screenshots and tweets. they have gone completely ghost about it now and are blaming it on the market and have run off into the sunset with our funds.

these UK scammers will have their day in court very soon. Unfortantely they will not be in business much longer as their are current ongoing discussions with regulators and their is a class action lawsuit being filed in the UK with dozens of their members that they have misled and deceived for profit.

Toshi.bet is not a safe platform for anyone who values responsible gaming. I explicitly disclosed my gambling addiction to their support on January 9th, and they failed to close my account as requested. Even worse, after being flagged as an addict, they allowed me to open a second account and fund it via internal transfers from my banned UID for over 10 days.

They are total scam. I played couple of times and it was okay with the deposit, but when I submitted a withdraw request they said they will process it and its been 20 days now - nothing. I have been playing on Toshi-bet for about 2 years. It was going well. I was cashing out consistently. Now two days ago, I made a deposit via bitcoin, to my Toshibet wallet, the transaction cleared, but the deposit has not shown up on my Toshi-bet account for almost 2 days. Blockchain explorer shows the transaction confirmed for almost two days and it still not showing up on Toshi-bet. I texted customer service twice and they seemed upset that I texted them twice....well my funds is missing, how do you expect me to respond?..happily? I have learned never ever deposit big funds on any website, better to play in person. It was only about $200, but still $200 is $200
