Got a bit pricey over the years but does the job, some glitchs but also some improvements…pretty consistent.

I have been using the Total Drive app for the last 5 years and as a driving instructor it is invaluable for my day to day running of my business. Everything is in one place and at the end of the year, my income and expenditure is all worked out ready for my self assessment tax return.

I love the app. It keeps me and my students organised!

I don’t know how I ran my Driving School without this app. It saves me so much time, all details for every pupil are easily accessed, and I can make the app my own - no strict parameters/wording! The team are always on hand, and any queries are answered quickly. The team also readily accept any suggestions to make the app better, and it’s regularly updated to reflect these improvements. Great communication from the team too!

Excellent app enabling me to keep track of students progress, lessons and monies

The Total Drive app is really easy to use for me and my pupils. It's great not having to have loads of paperwork in the car and we can record our lessons directly on the app, and my pupils to review and add to at home.
For me it's useful as a work diary and personal diary. I can block out areas when I can't work, so I don't book a lesson when I have a personal appointment.
It's good that I can send pupils my terms and conditions through the app, and have a digital record that they have agreed to them when they sign in to the app.
The support team are always really helpful. You can suggest updates to the app and the team will respond and possibly make those changes. Makes it feel like a personal experience.

Whether you use the app or pc interface Total drive give exactly what a driving instructor needs all in one place. Students love it as they can see their progress, book and pay for lessons and communicate with me.
Highly recommend it to any new or experienced instructor.

Love the Total Drive app been using it for the past five years, makes my day to day teaching easier, one of the great features is gap availability, also enjoy the reactive logs but sometimes the information I’ve imputed disappears even after save and all boxes are green? Have spoken to Total Drive some months back in regards making tax digital changes but still haven’t heard anything back yet.

Good app has its glitches sometimes but are fixed very quickly would definitely recommend.

As for accounts I can export all my income and expenditures send them to my accountant, hand over receipts and job is done.
