Having recently been a victim of theft from our garage, we sought to add additional security to our home and property. First experiences of Google searches resulted in many potential suppliers, which on further scrutiny seemed to be promising the earth, without any substance (make sure you read all the reviews)!
The call to Total Home Experts was completely different. They did not try to sell me an off the shelf package, they listened to my needs and advised me on equipment best suited to the job at hand.
A fully skilled engineer visited the property and carried out a full survey, advising on placement prior to installation. Post sale, a quick appointment was made and they turned up fully equipped and ontime. They worked diligently throughout the day, and spent as much time as needed to demonstrate the features and operating instructions. They even installed apps on my phone and made sure all functions were fully armed and working before leaving. They were a bit more expensive than other providers, but it was worth every penny. And most reassuring, I am confident that if I do have any issues, they will be there to help.

Our needs were discussed and accurately understood by the engineer and repeated back to us. Ordering was really quick and the equipment installed and set up in half a day. We were then given a briefing of how to view and use the system on both the computer and our mobile phones. I can even check in on my Dad's system at his house! Everything has been working perfectly. Just a short line to tell everyone how impressed I’ve been with Totalhomeexperts. On making my initial enquiry for a security camera system Ashley was round within two days to discuss the job with me. The quotation came within 24 hours and was better value than any other quote I had received. The installation took place a week later by Graeme and Mike in a very professional manner and all completed within the day. Full training was given and all set up on my smartphone. Camera quality is excellent and they give crisp clear images. All in all a top job, installed by professionals who were a pleasure to have around the house. Totalhomeexperts were professional - providing me with a competitive quote for my CCTV and Home alarm system. Ashley did a home visit and advised me about security for the property, explained about the Ajax alarm system and what it offers and also the reliability etc. The installation was totally professional and the back up service in case of any problems and the warranty provided me with absolute reassurance that I am secure.
