Paul is an exceptional instructor. Driving has been a long journey for me and before I started with Paul I wasn’t sure I was meant to be a driver.

Paul give me the confidence to know I am a good driver, he was incredibly patient but honest and supportive. Paul always put a positive spin on mistakes and never made me feel embarrassed, it was all part of the learning process.

Communication and working with Paul was incredibly easy, he really did go above and beyond to work early mornings and on weekends, something I will always be grateful for.

I really cannot thank Paul enough. Driving was something I never found easy but the best teachers know how to get the best out their students. I now feel completely safe, sound and confident to drive using the procedures and skills he taught me.

I opted for refresher lessons with Paul who was a great instructor - very patient and accommodating to my own learning needs, set realistic targets, increased complexity/ demand of skill at a good pace, and improved my confidence on the road after a long period of not driving by his motivating attitude. For both new drivers and refresher I would recommend Paul as he works with you to achieve your driving goals.

Paul is firm but fair, honest and great at communicating his ideas in a way that is guaranteed to help you pass as long as you match his effort and commitment.

Paul is also a calming and reaffirming person which on the day of my exam, was exactly what I needed and had me going into the exam in the right frame of mind.

Honestly, I wish I had more teachers like Paul throughout my life as I would probably be sitting in a penthouse somewhere in Dubai right now haha!

I booked some refresher lessons as I've not drove for over 10yrs, Paul my instructor was very thorough, very polite, extremely professional, he builds your confidence and tells you how it is, which is exactly how it should be.

I'm now back driving on my own and even though I only needed a few lessons, I'm glad I did as you can't be to safe and he gave me my confidence back. I would 100% recommend him.

Wow, what can you say about Paul other than being simply the best driving instructor in Liverpool!!

Paul is a genuinely nice guy, easy to get along with, sets really high standards of himself and his pupils which enables you to learn the right way and his knowledge and years of experience are invaluable.

I’m a mature learner and had lessons 20 years ago under a different instructor and the quality was night and day different!

Paul even worked extra hours with me during the Christmas/ New Year period because I had my test booked which I really appreciated and helped me pass 1st time!

Paul - thank you so much for everything mate, genuinely a brilliant person and I’ll honestly miss our lessons.

I reached out to Paul as I decided on automatic lessons due to being a really nervous person. Paul had plenty of patience on every lesson with me and always requested a high standard of driving. I feel confident now having passed first time with 2 faults, that I can get out on the road straight away and be a competent& confident driver. If I had to choose a driving instructor again I would go back to Paul without a second thought. He cares about his job and can tell he enjoys working with people who want to learn how to drive properly. Paul is always reliable, professional and accommodating to people’s circumstances.

I began driving with Totally automatic under the tutelage of Paul . Paul was an excellent instructor throughout the whole process and kept the standard and expectation high throughout his instruction with me although he was patient and helped me correct my mistakes along the way in a manner that was professional but had me at ease . He’s a great guy and brought me up to speed in the areas that required it. He is also very flexible and offered to do extra lessons outside the normal hours we usually did closer to the test . Can’t say enough about him and if your looking for a fair and decent instructor he’s the man to go to so your up to speed . I really don’t think without him reigning in my bad habits and refining the standards it would not of got me the pass .

Great experience learning to drive with Paul, very helpful with any bits i struggled with and explained everything perfectly. Would recommended to anybody that was looking on starting learning to drive.

What can I say if you want to learn automatic , learn with Paul he is the best instructor I’ve had and I’ve had a few he was so calm and treats you with respects , passed first time with 2 minors couldn’t have asked for a better instructor so Thankyou

Had the best experience with Paul as a driving instructor! He is really professional and very thorough in all aspects of teaching. When I started my lessons I was not a natural driver but after perseverance and his patience we got there in the end with a first time pass. Could not of passed without Paul thank you once again. Highly recommend him to anyone at any ability.

Can't recommend paul enough!!! Paul was very patient with me, sound to talk too. It was never to much for book extra lessons and he even done me lessons on his off days which i really appreciated, even when i failed my 1st test ( my own fault ) he never let me get my head down and always kept me motivated, paul is the besst instructor that iv had.

When I first started my driving lessons I was extremely nervous and anxious but my instructor Paul was very understanding and helped me work on my confidence and pushed me to become more and more comfortable at each lesson. He was extremely supportive through numerous test cancellations due to lockdowns.
Paul is very professional and a hard working instructor who clearly takes the time to get to know his students and there needs.
