Delivery was quick
Delivery was quick. Despite Oder from India to Uk this took less than a week to be delivered. Packaging was good too. I’m so happy with the book. I’ve been searching for this for years.

non-existent customer service
I placed an order for over €100 to cover the shipping costs.
Once the order was validated and paid, I was informed that my order was incomplete and I was refunded for the missing items. The shipping costs remained the same. I asked to cancel my order, but there was no response. In the end, 35 euros of shipping costs for 40 euros of products. No response to my emails. I will never order again. Avoid.

Great place if you want specific spiritual books delivered to Europe cheaply. Shipping might be a little slow though.

This business does not provide shippin update
I sent multiple emails requesting an update on my shipping status, but none were answered. Out of concern, I had to search online to determine whether the company was legitimate or fraudulent. A comment on Trustpilot mentioning Lokpal Parmar proved helpful—once I learned he was the CEO, I emailed him directly. Only then did I finally receive a response from Totally Indian.
My suggestion: Please keep customers updated on their orders. If there’s going to be a delay, don’t hesitate to communicate that. These updates matter—especially when customers invest emotionally in certain purchases, like spiritual or philosophical texts.

Good customer service and product choice. Shipment was delayed due to stock issues but customer services communicated well to exchange for different items. Took about 3 weeks e2e from order placement to delivery.

Everything went wrong. Order books on Jan 26th. First of all you didn't have books in stock. Paid for fastest delivery. After multiple delays books were delivered on Feb 26th. 1 month !! You need better operations to sustain. Good initiate. Bad execution. L
