Total Property
Before i found Total Property, I was struggling to find a good investment property in Liverpool. I spent hours researching, only to find properties that needed big refurbs and the numbers didn’t work out
Then I found Total Property. They didn't just find a property; they managed everything – from handling the refurb to sorting the lettings andI used their full team of professionals. I loved their attention to detail.
They gave me weekly updates on the refurb, and it was great to see the property transform and become tenant-ready without me doing much at all
Now, I own a freshly refurbed investment property that's generating rental income. The whole process was easy, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Total Property to anyone looking for a buy to let in liverpool 😀

Experience with Pat of Total Property Group
Sometime in 2023, I decided that I would like to build a property portfolio in the UK. I initially thought of doing things myself with some assistance from relatives of mine in the UK as I live a long way away. I very quickly apprehended that there would be far too many areas that I would not be able to look into with the level of detail necessary to ensure I don’t end up in a mess. I then decided to identify a property Sourcer and I landed on about 4 including Pat. I spoke to all of them. Some sent me properties to select even. With Pat, he outlined the way he works extremely clearly from the get go. You basically need to commit to get the ball rolling. And that’s a bit of a leap of faith. But every reason behind my assessment of Pat which led me to commit proved to be through. I did not travel to UK at all but am happy to report I am already a landlord of a single buy to let. I intend to rely on Pat again as I build my portfolio. With Pat, expectations are very clear and he delivers on each of them. He has a solid and clear strategy on how to make property a stable income and wealth enhancer and you cannot poke any holes in it. It keeps you grounded and focussed and I believe these are non-negotiable criteria to succeed in property. He has you covered from A to Z in terms of every possible support you need as you move from potential buyer to rent collector. Fingers crossed, Pat will repeat what he has done with me multiple times and help me towards my retirement plan.
